Got the same letter today on the same yellow paper. Phone# 404-631-6303. We bought our house a year ago so why the F#$% do I want to sell it? We will be informing the police and Clarke Howard. Cant believe they are still doing this for so long.. Real business or not, this is not professional and creepy.

We received this same letter today. We live in Gwinnett. I will be taking the letter to the police dept. CREEPY way to conduct business IF they are legit. Their business now has a Norcross address & the business name is "Apple Flower, LLC".

I got the same note in the mail today with the 6303 phone number. I'm sure it's a scam or investor. The letter I got is yellow but you can tell or has been copied and not written. Crazy!!

I received her hand written letters. Saying same thing. They had change their number to 4046316303. They have a website http://www.ibuyhousesingeorgia.com. I think they are one of those people tries to get money from the people who are already in deep trouble of debts.  I am not very sure. Check out their website.

My wife and I just got this letter in the mail and when my wife did a search on the Internet, all this comment information came up.  We are not gonna call but they are spreading their mailing. We live in the Sandy Springs area. Thanks for all this input.

They're not married. They're scam artists. If you look up "Tommy Webb Warren" he's connected to a lot of other scam companies and so he uses the alias "Tommy Downie" (her last name) so that they hope to pass it off. But there was some pretty weird stuff connected to her name / phone number at one point. I can't find it anymore, but a lot of erotic stuff like happy ending massages, strip clubs, escort services. They're just trying to get a quick buck. They've been put in police reports more than once for "harassment" due to their agressive marketing.

Just received the same note on July 2nd but my call back number was 404-631-6303.

My wife got the same note. Will be turning over to Cherokee County Sheriff.

I got a note in Brookfield country club in Roswell today...the ink didn't smudge so I searched these ppl.  The number on my note was 404.631.6303.  Our house isn't for sale..hope Roswell police read this.  Will report to HOA.  Assume they got out name from tax records.

Got the letter...exactly as listed in all of the posts above.  I wouldn't call them on a bet.

Same letter....they might be legit but just a stupid way to present themselves in a way that makes people not like them.  If you wanna buy the house come look at it and make me an offer...they are looking for people that are in bad situations so they can rehab homes.  Creative way to get bad press

My in-laws just received the same letter from "John" Yellow legal paper, phone number
206-550-7119.  We live North of Seattle.  Their house is PAID FOR.  Really creepy.  I'm running a background check on the phone number.  Usually this takes about 5 minutes.  It's been over 24 hours and I don't have any information yet.
Don't trust them.

I got the same letter in Marietta

I got the same creepy note in an unsealed envelope with no address. The kicker is they clearly don't do their homework.

First, I live in "North Fulton" County. Second, I don't own the house. The owners name is on all the public websites, yet they sent the note to me. Go figure. They should really stop doing this. Legit or not, take the time to lick the envelope and close it and put a return address on it if you are a reputable business. A website address means absolutely nothing to me. Anyone can create a website.

My experience with them was very good!  I got a letter, called, and soon after Tommy returned my call, nice guy!  Shortly after, they helped me out of my situation and bought my house!  Tara and Tommy were very professional the whole time.  I'm very thankful that they sent me a letter.  Also you can check out their webssite at www.ibuyhousesingeorgia.com and they have a bunch of testimonials there too.

I got a handwritten-look letter in the mail today.  Red ink on yellow legal paper.  Tommy Warren and his wife Tara would like to $BUY$ my house.  No return address, but had the address of my house on the letter, with this phone number.  Turning it over to the Alpharetta and Johns Creek PD.  Don't make me sic my dogs on these people!  I hate scammers!!!

Yeah, we just got one of those today. My moms actually desperate to sell so she called but they said the voicemail wasn't set up yet. She was planning to call back about  1 1/2 hours later, but I googled the number. It's for "ibuyhousesingeorgia.com"

I received the same note, red ink on yellow paper. Looks like a scam or somebody trying to low ball a price on my house. I threw it into recycling bin.

I just got a handwritten letter in the mail from a Tommy and Tara Warren, and it said the EXACT same thing.  CREEP...EEE...  I found this post when I googled the number.

I received a hand-written note in the mail addressed to me, using my first name which I rarely use so I was at once suspicious. The note said, "Hi, My name is Tara Downie. My husband Tommy and I would like to $BUY$ your house at ... Please call us at 404)645-7311 Thanks, Tara" A Google search of the phone number showed several other folks who had received same note, along with some links to erotic massage and strip poker ads with the same phone number.
