Ah, this is the same "Chris" who called last week from (321)549-5601 for the same ostensibly illegal reasons: Selling pharmaceuticals without a prescription. Now he's using this 404 number to call people who recognize his old telemarketing numbers.

Calls all hours of day and night. It appears to be a scam drug company selling pills. How can you block a number like this? It's very annoying!

Received a call from someone claiming to be from Data Services. When asked what Data Services is, the caller hung up. I called them back to speak with supervisor and was hung up on again. This is some kind of prescription scam.

Woke me up at 7 a.m. No voicemail. Called back and chewed them out, though it won't do any good. They are part of some prescription medication scam -- I get calls all the time from various phone numbers about this.
