Yep, I got this call today wanting over 4000. They had me ggoing for a moment till I called the state police to inquire. When I asked for the company name, they would hang up each time.  These people should be put away.

We are not Century and Never have been so please do not confuse the two agencies.

Recorded message. Always exactly the same except the name of the company.  Says that it's Zenith (or maybe Dennis? Can't fully distinguish) Financial Group and other times Century Claims Services. ..(guess they don't keeo track!) contacting me about a possible claim filed against me in my local jurisdiction; associated with my SS#, and to contact them immediately. Seems like a broad message that they can easily send out to anyone. Other times, previously, when I actually answered, some middle eastern accented guy would be hateful as anything telling me I owed them and he was an attorney going to put me in jail. Ya..ok. If you apply for any payday type loan online they get all the info they need to scam you.  Just think, for every person that knows better, there are at least 3 that fall for it and pay these crooked lowlife scumbags.

number called work line stating that there was a case against me from Century claim services at 8882763856 . This is a complete scam.

That number called me say I have a case pending with my SSN and said I need to come up with 500 by 12/30/13 or a court date will be set. Who are the people.

Our Federal Trade Commission should be able to handle this harassment as they are calling several times a day from 404 655 3107 and asking to respond immediately to 888 665 3856 ir 888 954 6786   a recording stating a claim connected to my social security number?Century Claims Service?.also Kennedy Assoc. 855 488 1201

Yes they are calling here several times a day from 404 665 3107 requesting to call back immediately to 888 276 3856 or 888 959 6786 stating the claim is connected to my social security number?.. Its a scam.I've been getting calls from different numberz originating from georgia they claim I have an outstanding payday loan with cashnet.usa I called cashnet. Usa and they confirmed me that I never got a loan with them they told me its a scam   the last call I received from them they had all my personal information that's why I though it was real but it ain't its a scam

I have been receiving the same calls from the same number for the past 5 days and have really become tired of it, It is a recording stating that i have a returned check and need to call and take care of this issue. I would like to know where to report this number to.

If i remember the law correctly, a collection agent, even a law firm collecting bad debt can not sue you. The only person that can is the original debt holder.  That is what these people think.  Make sure you ask them what agency will be issuing my warrant.  I had one call me saying he was the Sheriff  for my county (the county I lived in) i said o how did you become Sheriff. He told me he applied for the job when the old Sheriff stepped down.  I was really, and i told him i was standing next to the Sheriff of my county that was ELECTED and he currently is not on the phone.  Got a hang up and then my mom got the same call 5 minutes later.  She told the person Why is she calling her when I am standing with her and the Sheriff :).

Rule to remember .  Never confirm your information.  have them confirm for you.  

I had them call me again and it was like we know this is your number.  I was how do you know this is my number I just got this number.  Did you call the phone company.  They said they have access to all the records. I was like ok what phone company is it with.  They said vzw, i said wrong i am with DT.  They were like that don't matter.  I was asked to verify i said i will verify the address you have after you give it to me.  They gave me an address from like 5 years ago.  I am like ok have the warrent sent that address.  and i got hung up on.

Do they even exist because I can't find anything but legitimate Dennis Financial Group - if you have information, please post it so I can get them to stop harassing me!

These people whomever they are keep calling my number about a return item from my bank there are no retunr items from my bank and when I called them back they said they would not stop calling me.  Something has to be done.  They have threatend me with a warrant for my arrest.  I informed them to go ahead with the warrant.  The refuse to give me an address or anything else.

Checked on the web for Dennis Financial Group who called me from 404-664-3107.  The only Dennis Financial Group that came up was a legitimate financial adviser.  These people need to get their act together.  I fell sorry for the real Dennis Financial Group.  What losers!

These people are idiots with an attitude and a lot of big bogus titles on a search / hunt for innocent victims. This is a scam and fraudulent !

The recorded message comes in spurts.  It will be three or four times in two days, and then not again for a couple of weeks.  Saying that my son had something returned from his bank and he has to contact immediately.  He doesn't even have a bank account.  Getting frustrating

They called me today and I had called them back....some guy answered n said I owed his client 400$...i said okay how come ive never gotten anything in written documentation stating I owe your client that amount of $$$...he said I took out a loan and it got put on one of my cards and I said okay then what did I use the money for...like for what transaction bc I only get a certain amount of $$ put on that specific card...he tells me okay we can take you to court n serve you papers at your job...i told him absolutely....then after I said yes pls take me to Court he hung up on me!!! Lmfao....Dumb A**....

these people get all of your information from sites when you fill out a online quick cash loan app. They are scammers and nothing more. Hold your ground and don't give them any extra info.

I have received a call from this number for the past month or so. The message states they are a law office and it's in reference to a returned item from my bank, and that I need to contact them by the end of business that day or they will start some proceedings. They tell me to call back and reference a number, which is a personal id number of mine. I have had the same bank for over 6 years, I have no returned items. I am so not calling them back, I placed Do Not Answer on my contacts so I ignore. They should not be allowed to call and harass people.

Got a call at work from 404-665-3107.  Spoke to two people and was told that this was a MyCashNow loan from 2009-10.  I know for certain any loan I had from then was paid in full and I have all the records to prove it because I had a scam back then from a group from India.  This guy was African American and when I said I would have my lawyer get back to him, he said "If you can pay a lawyer, just pay us"  Ha ha ha.  Laughable.

Never received a letter for debt validation.  Received another call yesterday asking if I every got the letter.  Was suppose to send another letter out today via email and should have not later than 11:00 AM EST.  I have yet to received the letter.  When I called to inquiry and asked for a Mr. Parker a very rude gentleman asked why I was calling from a blocked number.  Mr. Parker never answers the phone when I am transferred but the background noise seems to me that someone is listening in the background when the voice mail is on.

I get these calls every once and a while, same thing, they have received a check back that I wrote and it was very important that I call or my COUNSEL?? very serious matter!!

sometimes the call is from another number so be carefull.  If it was a really problem, don't you think you would get something in writting from the real person that had the issue with you and not a recording say if they don't hear from you that they will come to your home and arrest you, PLEASE!!!  SUCH A SCAM THESE A***S NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone called claiming I owed for a payday loan from 2010 from mycashnow..  I called mycashnow and they do not show I every had a loan with the company.  When I called Zenith Financial Group back they said 'the company would not show a balance because they write it off".....Employee is stupid if debts are written off they original debtor would make anote on the file and tell someone who it was sold to....When asked for a validation phone number or address for the original debtor...Zenith Financial Group could not provide.
