This is a fraudulent caller, saying from Capital One, and also saying I have a balance Overdue.  Checking on-line verifies I have no balance, as I thought.  The caller wants my checking account numbers and anyuthing else I would give to commit identity fraud.  Be aware.  This is not Capital One, but a scam artist, a lying thief.

oh my god, I've been getting so many unknown number calls including this one.
i also get from 866 381 0453, and oh s*** i just checked my missed calls box and there were so many numbers!!!!! I think i get calls at least 5 times every day! It so annoying!!! does anyone know to stop getting calls from them??
Since it seemed like some kind of credit card companies, I am afraid that they somehow charge me something if I answer the call..

I'm getting at leat 8 calls a day on my cell phone they rings till the voice mail picks up then hang up.  Makes me very mad how did they get my cell phone number????????

Same problem but we don't even (and never have had) a capital one card.

It is Capital one, they call from more than 10 different numbers including local area codes, seven days a week, 2 to 3 times an hour,  ridiculous but they have to do it to try to collect a debt.

Or worse yet, they might be trying to STEAL your identity...

I just got a call from this # and a message was left from Linda with Capital One stating that they had some opportunities with them. When I called Capital One directly using the phone number on my statment and asked if it was a legitimate call they confermed it and mentioned that they were contacting me becouse I have always had a real good history with them they could help me out by lowering my intrest & payments temporaraly.

I would recoment for anyone behind in payments to a company that when they do get the call not to deal with them when they call you unless you can verify that it realy is the company you have been doing business with, I actualy recomend that you call the nunber from that business that is on your statment directly to talk to an agent wrather then some random person that could be trying to steel your identity.

Actually, they can call between 8 am  and 9 pm 7 days per week, and believe me, they will.  Putting yourself on a Do Not Call list is pointless if you have an account with them.  That authorizes them to call you as many times as they want.  The only way to stop the calls is to send them a letter, registered with return receipt so they have to sign for it, stating that they need to "cease and desist" attempting to contact you by telephone regarding your account #.

you and me both! Cap 1 has been a royal pain ever since I agreed to accept their card. When it's paid off maybe they will leave me alone.

Yeah, I know they have a ton that they call you from. I have lost track of the different numbers that they called me from. But every single time they call, I am usually in my car or next to my computer which gives me the opportunity to turn whatever music I am listening to up nice and loud and place my phone by the speakers and wait for them to hang up. Lol.

I know its mean, but thats what happens when you annoy me.
My grandma gets calls from different scams and such and uses a whistle.
At least with mine, the person on the other line can jam out before they hang up. XD

It is Capital One calling you... I have had problems with them calling ever since we got the card and I will be glad when the day comes that it is paid off anc the account is closed out.

got a call at 8:12 am  they said it was capitol one==not supposed to call before 9:00 am

got 2 calls.  one very early.  one very late.  They never lave a message.
