My last message concerning this so called law firm has tried to garnish my wages, after a year of filing a chapter 7, in which the bankruptcy was officially discharged.

This firm apparently has no regard for the Federal Law concerning concerning the United States Bankruptcy Laws.  I filed chapter 7 in which all the debt was officially discharged.  That was over a year ago.  McCullough Payne & Haan apparently don't know how to pratice law.  They should be disbarred in the State of Georgia.  They are a complete embarrassment to the people in Georgia.

we keep getting calls from this number for the past 8 months at all times of the day.  We do not know the person they are trying to find and get their debts from and we are in pacific zone ; they call us at 5 a.m., 6 a.m, even during meetings.  Its just really disturbing out peaceful life and if it continues we may have to file a lawsuit for disturbing our peace.  If anyone is willing to testify with us, we'll be glad to gather evidence for the case.
