This number keeps calling me!!

Um, FYI: never, ever give your debit or credit numbers or bank account numbers or social security numbers or ANY numbers for ANY reason to a complete stranger on the phone.  Did it not cross your mind why they'd need YOUR credit card number to send you a voucher?  Alert your CC company immediately, cancel the card before they max it out completely.  Honest to God people, EDUCATE YOURSELVES!

They called me and assured me sending me $50 Walmart voucher. I gave them my credit card details for subscription and they deducted around $40 from it. Let me know what should I do.

I am in Minnesota and this number has called my work times FOUR times just today. I need them to stop! Not sure what I can do as this is a work phone and I do not have the option of blocking.

I'm in Canada and I have charges on my cell bill that apparently I called this number, which I did not!!

I just got a call but it seemed sketchy so I told them no thanks. They were from a company called Smart Shopper. I googled the number as soon as I got off the phone and found this page. I also googled the company name and found scam alerts for it. So yeah, If it seems sketchy it probably is especially of they ask about specific information like birth date, address and credit info. Like with me the phone call was for my mom but when I said she wasn't there they automatically tried to aim their pitch to me. i gave vague answers and told them thanks but no thanks.

I live in Canada and these idiots are calling me.  Can't they just get a real job and leave us alone?

Just received a call on my cell from this number asking for my young daughter. They told me she had won a Wallmart Gift card and wanted to talk to her. Told them they couldn't so they said therefore I had won and they just need to qualify me. I told them no thanks, I don't shop at Wallmart. Then they said I could use the gift card anywhere. I told them no and hung up.
The call was sketchy, from a woman clearly acting with criminal interest, and I could hear traffic noises in the back.
Bothered me that they had my actual daughters name, can't figure out how they got it.

Kept calling for the past two days and no one was every one the other line. I finally got someone today who knew my name even though I am not the head of household or over the age of 18, and told me I won a 50 gift card to walmart, I told them to leave me alone and never call again and the woman got very abrupt with me and then hung up. I live in Canada so I wanna know why in the world they would be calling me since Ive never done an online survey in my life

I got 3 calls today. The first one told me that there was a $50 walmart voucher reserved for me because I did online survey. but I didn't remember doing any survey for walmart yesterday. (I actually did one survery for starbuck gift card yesterday, that's why i didn't hang up the phone right away) then the guy with indian accent confirmed my email address and then asked my birthday to get confirmed. At that point I got alert. I don't know if he would steal my other information during conversation. So I stopped him and hang up the phone. But in the afternoon, there are 2 more phone come in but I didn't pick them up.

I called this number back, and a rather nice lady answered. I used my girlfriends phone, as they were calling her, and with some wording I found out what I wanted to know. She sometimes fills out online surveys, nothing big or detailed, just simple stuff, but apparently she received a 50$ voucher or something. I wasn't really believing it, but she was still polite. Apparently they just really wanted to get in touch with us, as when we didn't answer, they just called back repeatedly.

Called our telephone provide (Vonage) and the agent there called 404-891-0921 and asked them to stop calling my number - apparently someone with a 'similar' name to mine signed me and my number up to 'SMART SHOPPERS', but when the Vonage Agent asked them why they didn't speak on the calls, they had no comment.  DO NOT CALL THEM YOURSELVES!!! It may start something, have your phone provider do it like I did....Good luck :)

Canadian too, at least 2-3 calls a day! Already twice today and it's only 11:20am! WTH??

I started getting calls from this number as well about a month ago but never answered . i finally called it today to see who they were as they never leave mesages..the lady said something about shopping from florida..i told she would have to call back as i can't call the states..so when they do i will get as much info as i can and report back.

the calls are coming from the atlanta georgia area

i live in canada and they are doing the same to us as well and i have tracked the number to the atlanta georgia area somewhere and am considering calling the atlanta georgia area police very shortly, as they have called here 6 times in the last 2 days.

Received what I call a nuisance call from 404-891-0921, but before the number is "V11125500195".  This call came in this morning.  No message left.  Where this call is from, if you can not leave a message, then don't call then.  I am in Canada and do not take calls from the US or any other country.

Received a call from this number who said that I had won a $50 gift card for Walmart. I kept asking where they were calling from and the East Indian man on the other end would yell and say "Hello, are you there?".. but throughout the rest of the conversation he could hear me fine. He hung up on me and I called back a lady said she was looking for my fiance this time. I asked what for and she hung up. I called back again when someone only answer the phone with a "hello"... I told her to take my phone off the list and hung up. They continue to call.. SCAM... Report and block!!

I want to know how these telemarketers got my cell #.  I prepay for my phone; these idiots are trying to cost me money....and aggravation.  Today 2 calls came in from the same number.  Yesterday it was a different # from the magazine people.  I am not one to be rude so I simply hung up on him.  I guess that was rude but not as rude as what I wanted to tell him.  I wish phones came with a block feature.

Just got a call.............asked for my name, I confirmed and the line went dead!!!!!  I have an iphone

Just got one about 10 mins ago. Very noisy line, I managed to here a lady with a southern accent, say something about smart shoppers, and that was it. the line went dead.......

we are in Nova Scotia, Canada. So, here we go again. out of country spam calls.........sigh, really?

If you are getting these calls on your iphone, download an app known as call block, and put their numbers in there. If you are getting it on your landline, I suggest you order digitone call blocker, hook it up and read the instructions.

Have been receiving several calls the past few days from different telemarketers (usually have an Indian accent), this one just started today.  I am currently trying to find work and my phone is one way that I can be reached, however with these constant telemarketer calls everything is going to voicemail, which prospective employers do not like.  

Most of the time no one answers when I pick up to tell them to stop calling, others times they have been rude.

Started calling this morning - Early!  Got several calls yesterday from other numbers that turned out to be telemarketers...wish they would get a clue and stop calling!

Scam! They keep calling trying to get my wife on to sell her coupons. They are East Indians who do not follow our Better Business laws. I am resentful of their rudeness and comments they have left elsewhere on the web defending themselves. They think Americans are all wealthy and don't understand that some of their extra charges prevent people from having grocery money. Block them!
