Yes it does. The DNC applies to any phone number you register.

Remember you are paying for phone service. This is such intrusion on your time and time is valuable to those people that have very little. This is a telemarketing call it belongs to Promotions WCA. I don't think there is any respect between the telemarketer and the client they are calling. I have had them be very unprofessional. So the advise your giving is not warranted, rather not answer the phone giving them no power over you.

Called my cell phone after 9 pm I did not answer they left no message I'm also on the do not call list!

This number called my cellphone and did not leave a message.  I believe is a telemarketer.  I am in a DO NOT call list...unbelievable!

Same as above - the number called, I did not answer, and they/it did not leave a voice message

No one on the line and when I tried to return the call, it wouldn't let the call go through, just a rapid busy signal

I had a cell phone call from 404-891-5574, I am on SS limited calling on my phone.
I do not appreciate this.  No one was there when I answered.  This is not the first time for this either.
I know no one with this number.

It was on my cell phone.  I didn't hear it ring.  No message.  I pay 15 cents a minute and do NOT want any unwanted calls.  I am on a do not call list.
