You get "hundreds" of Republican solicitations EVERY DAY?

THIS IS NOT TRUE,  I GET HUNDREDS OF REPUBLICAN SOLICITATIONS EVERY DAY, I RETURN THE CALLS AND SIMPLY ASK TO BE REMOVED FROM THE CALL LIST

I called it back and it say Strategic Fundraising...they calling wrong people if they want money.

So they know you're a liberal by your phone number? I'd love to know how  they know this.

Tea Party groups don't call and hang up. They want to speak to someone.

I read that many phone calls that appear to be 'dead air' when you answer them are from brokers who sell your number to telemarketers  as a live number. If you have caller ID and you do not know who they are do not answer the phone. It only encourages them to call and see if you have an active phone number to be peddled to anothewr telemarketer. You can buy a caller ID on ebay model 2008 Caller ID for less than $7 right from China. I have had this one for more than 6 months along with an old Bell South Caller ID and it works fine. Nice because if it is someone from the State Lottery or you son calling from a different number, the caller Id stores that number which allows you to know what number to dial to get back with them.
Ebay also sells Call Blockers with about 1200 commonly liisted telemarketers number which cal be added to as time goes on. Stops those calls from being connected---cost about $60 as I recall.
Enough said, stop answering those telemarketing and scammer Jammer calls!      

If you call the number back and follow the promtps, they will remove your number from their list.  It says if you do not wish to recieve anymore calls from them to press zero. Then it will ask you to put in your 10 digit telephone number. Then it will say thank you and your number will be removed within 48 hours. I just did it. It takes 10 seconds.

I have Mr. NUMBER on my phone.  Free ap that allows me to block this call (and others that I don't want).  I have added this and the other number ending at 5541.  Now it doesn't even ring when they call.   Love it!

I work for a living and it is the leeches who I am supporting who are pissing me off. The DNC takes my money and gives it to them. If you were working you'd know that too. I'd rather get a call from the Tea Party than the DNC but wouldn't answer a call from either one. I just blocked the number. If I want to give them money, I know how to do it without having them call me at an inconvenient time.

Anyone who actually works for a living and has half a brain would know what the real Tea Party Patriots is all about! How could you be pissed about what they represent?!

This is a leftist organization trying to discredit the Tea Party movement by harassing the citizens of this great country.  Doesn't matter what party you're affiliated with, they will do whatever they can to try and disrupt and confuse you.

Why doesn't everyone just get a job and stop letting people pay for them? And how about we worry about ourselves before we go and trash people who work for there money. Sound good?

This organization calls me at least two or three times a day, they never leave a message and I don't answer the call.

All you did was confirm they have a live number!  Best thing to do is not answer those calls. I turn my phone on and off within seconds.  So far that has worked to slow the calls almost to a stop.  If it doesn't connect fully, its not getting a live phone number!   Though I did earlier on connect to some of the live folks and blast them with a whistle for awhile also, which helps.

I called the number back and got an automated voice.  It offered the option to dial "0" to be added to their "do not call" list, which I did.  It asked me to give my ten-digit phone number, which I did, and then it said my data had been captured and that my number would stop being called within 48 hours.

This is the best out come - getting it to stop without having to argue or discuss it with a real person.  Now let's see if it works.

Been calling 7 days for one year now. They have another number I never answer except sometimes to blow a whistle in their ear. Just jerks.

This is a tea party call, claiming to have a great investment opportunity. I actually spoke with them, and told them not to call again. That did nothing to deter them. I have filed complaints to no avail. This is ridiculous.
