Just got a call from this number. Glad I typed this area code onto the net & found this site. I figured it could be someone I know from atl but your comments proved that to be wrong.

I average a call like this once a day. I've never got a second call from the same number. Probably because I don't answer and then threaten to call the president of the Internet. Spam calls are just like spam email. If you answer them and want to be "taken" off their list you've just confirmed that you have a valid number or email address! If you do answer any type of telemarketing call you need to transfer them to Ol`numba Five.
Just tell the person or machine that you're interested. But first you tell them to talk to Ol`#5 and you press the 5 key on your keypad. If after 10-20 seconds they are still there you just say I'm sorry I meant #7 and give it a push.. Works everytime.

Just got a call from this number, no message left.

Just got this call a little over 10 minutes ago. This is the second time within the past two weeks. When I answer it gives me the choice to accept or to send a voicemail. Send a voicemail? To who? You called me? I hate that they call my cellphone when I know that I don't know who they are.

I received a call from this number. Its my personal cell number so I don't know how they got my number but I wish to be left alone

I can tell you how they can get your number, it is because they have a list and how they get around the "DO NOT CALL LIST", is because they use different numbers.  They get a list from the internet, from companies that sell phone numbers, etc.  I know because I USE to work for a company like that in Idaho but when I found out what they were doing, I quit because I could not be a part of a company that scams people.  The company would call a person and tell them that they have won something but in order for them to collect their prize they had to go to a place and watch a 90 minute video about timeshares.  That person would HAVE to sit through that video in order to receive.  That was a company that I could NOT work for.  I am sorry that there are companies out there that do this and they need to quit their business and actually find honest jobs.

Almost one month later, they are STILL calling me. I've had it. I've hired someone to track down this number. Marketing WCA, this is your last chance to STOP HARASSING ME.

How is it, that these scammers are getting around the telemarketing "DO NOT CALL' list??!! I also got a call from this number. They just hung up. But I also receive many others saying that I received a discount on roofing for my house-I DON'T OWN A HOUSE jerks!!! This call frrom 4048916682 came in on my home phone which is also unpub-unlisted and blocked. I rarely answer my phone these days. I let all my calls go to voicemail or I screen.

Just got a call from this number. I blocked my caller ID and called back. There was a recording saying, 'You have reached the automated removal line, If you would like your number removed.....'
I just hung up.

this number called this morning on my cell when did we make it ok to call peoples cell phones I didn't answer and they didn't leave a messagebut what the hck!

getting daily calls from this number at work now; they leave a voicemail if I don't pick up.

just got a cal from this number tellin me i just won 2 gift cards from wal mart and a gas station..so i pressed 1 to to claim my reward...well of course the person over the phone nicely told me what i won and then informed me i needed to pay just 2.00 dollars to recieve my gift cards...thats when i cracked on her..so i asked her how did i win? she replied that when i made purchases recently i automatically enetered..well well i told her i stopeed my debit card 2 months ago and i know i didnt make purchases...she then repleid well maam maybe your relatives recently purchased items...i then said really ? and do my relatives hav my cell number too?
she paused and stood silent..so i told her dont hang up and get me ur supervisor..i want to know about ur company...well of course she put me on hold and after 2 minutes they hung up on me...what a bunch of caca's!!!!! she tried to say this company is from arizona...hmmm nah just some good ol telemarketing scammers...
