i get these calls too and they never say anything just hang up after 10 seconds. when i call back i get hung up on with no chance to remove my number

I too keep getting calls from this number. I flat out refuse to answer any calls from a number or place i do not know. It is flat out anoying to me

I got a call from this number today.
According to another site: "this number is WCA Offer clearing house sweepstakes line, if you call back you can have your # removed from their calling list."
I called back the number and an automated system picks up telling you to press the #1 to be removed from call list or press #2 to learn about their removal policy.

Just got a call from this number today at 10:31 am on Feb. 4, 2010.
I don't know anyone from this area code so I didn't pick up.
I understand I should probably investigate more by actually picking up the phone and seeing what's behind the call, but honestly I'm broke and need to save my minutes for emergencies and work only.
So, I'd rather risk it by not answering my personal cell phone.
Who is this? Who is calling me from this number?
