Turn out even better - it was a call made via Skype IM. You can call this person back if you get their Skype ID. If you're not in their IM phone book, they may easily misdial your # or even a country code. Hope this makes sense.

Have a reason to believe that this # might be used be a phone company that services international phone cards or something to that effect. So people who call you might not be properly connected or most likely dialed a wrong # and do not know that their call is coming from that local #. This also explains the off-hours calls. I should find out more shortly and we'll try to report again.

received call from this number- caller left message with a different cell #.. This person says they were putting a coupon book together to sell for a teen group at a church.  We declined offer  this number is still busy..

I did a survey on one of those pay you for taking this survey thing yesterday and I have gotten 2 restricted calls, one from 404-965-1280 and one from this one, the all hang up as soon as I answer, I wonder if it has something to do with the survey.

I hesitated answering the call from this number, but glad I did as it was my son calling from Korea.  Usually when he calls using his Skype account, the caller ID shows his name with a .com. This is the first time his Skype call came in on a metro Atlanta number.

Called and hung up but no voicemail

Calls from multiple numbers  once automation said hold which I dont for people who cant be on the line when they call me.  Any more calls from any of these numbers andwill report to no call list.  Maybe $10,000 per phone call will give them a message.  calls from 4049651220, 1240, 1280

Calls several times during the day. Fails to leave a message. Very annoying.

I think this is a random Skype trunk.  Let me explain.

I signed up for Skype for SIP yesterday to tie my Skype account to my Asterisk box here at home.

I just had a friend do a test-call from HIS Skype account (he has *NO* Skype Out or Skype In numbers or services).  Plain, virgin, vanilla Skype.

He called by dialing my Skype "NAME" (my account name), not any of my numbers.

The number that showed up in my Asterisk records just now as the inbound CID (caller ID) was 4049651220.

So, it might be somebody with Skype using Skype Out but most certainly there is no real person or phone attached to the other end of this number.

(Since I live in metro-Atlanta, and so does my friend, I found it strange that there would be a 404 incoming call through Skype which doesn't (supposedly) know where any of us are so that's why I googled the number and stumbled upon this thread.)

Received a call at 2:36 a.m.  When I called the number from a different phone the line was busy.

They keep calling on my cell phone for a "Cardelous", told them once u have the wrong number that was yesterday when the called from a +0521441436 and a 254362907534...it's on my cell phone as that....called me now at 3:59p and I said, "U have the wrong f***g number, stop calling my f***g cell phone"!

Geez! Might get AT&T involved!

got a call @ 12:00am monday morning from this number...answered and the person hung up. pissed my husband off that my cell phone rung that late. this needs to stop! can't call the number back b/c it's always busy! I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST!

Every time I have tried to call this number (at a reasonable hour), it has been "busy".

Got a call on my business line from this number. The man on the line with a HEAVY Indian accent stated he was calling from "you local phone company uh....AT & T" I told them if they needed to discuss the phone service they would need to speak with the owner of the company and the fella hung up.

I just got called by this illegal spammer.
Someone should go after him since I'm on the do not call list too!

this number called mi and there was no response on the other end. it was just dead silence. I am on the do not call list.

auto person says hold the phone for an important call and then hangs up

ok i got a call from them in spanish. they said they were from a radio station called 299 ateca. They said it was a contest to wint $18,000. I responded both thier questions correctly (president of cuba/columbia). They then got my name, and somehow had my address already. After that the call was lost.

This number is a VoIP number.  Anyone that uses Yahoo! Voice service.

This number keep calling my phone late nights and early morning.
