I found a physical address.  I am not sure if it is accurate but here!  This is in case you need it for the Attorney General complaint: 6500 McDonough Dr. Norcross, GA 30092   I asked for a debt validation letter.  I demanded it in writing not a computer generated letter through e-mail.  So my suspicion this is all a scam.  Send no money

I got the same call today, from kimberly Marshall stating they had both verbal and written  complaint against me & that i need to call them by the end of bussiness day, or further action is to be taken !  My call ID showed the call was from a local area (972) but I need to call this numb. 4049942810 ext. 130.This is obviously some type of  scam as no specific information was given about the "complaint". The message was left on my answering machine, It is a crazy world out there..

What were they going after your husband for? If you owe someone money, that's a civil matter not a criminal matter. Yes, I am sure. I got a threatening email saying I owed money and they were going to have me arrested. I forward the email to the local FBI office who emailed back and told me that you can not get arrested for owing money.

4th call in 2 weeks saying I have til the end of business to call back. Blah, blah, blah. So, I call these clowns and they want me to give my SSN to them to verify who I am. Sorry. Try this scam on someone else assclowns...

My boyfriend and I get phone calls like these quite frequently over the last two years, yet neither one of us has any outstanding debt.  They told me he would have an arrest warrant filed for him so that when he got off deployment he would get arrested!!

What we did:
1. Get a credit check... if you have an outstanding debt it will in fact be on your credit report!
2. Call Local police to ask about arrest warrant if you were worried.  They told me an arrest warrant will never be filed for owing money.  They can schedule a court date and even if you were to not show, all they do is garnish your wages.  
3.  When talking to these scammers ask for their company name, their address, and as much personal information as possible....they won't give it, if they do FILE A COMPLAINT WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL for your state.  This way if some how some way it was accurate you can show you thought they were a scam (which they are).
4.  Ask them to mail you the information .... they will not which should be a HUGE RED FLAG.
5. My boyfriends approach threaten them back....

It is so horrible to know there are people out there that do this... just pay attention! The number that they called me from was a Texas number but the one I have to call back is a Georgia one.... kind of weird... pay attention to those details!

Demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get it for you and will be filing a lawsuit against them for harassment.

Mr. Webb has called several times but when I say that they have the wrong number for the person they are looking for he is rude and disrespectful. Says he has never called me before, which he calls off and on for over 2 years now, and when I ask to speak to a supervisor he states that he is one. I ask for his supervisor and he states that there is no one above him. I told him I don't appreciate his bad attitude and rude behavior so he hangs up on me. When I call back he hangs up again, but then he calls back from another number saying that his phone is having connection problems realizes its me calling and hangs up on me again. I wish there was a way to get this rude obnoxious person to quit calling my home.

Have your phone company block the number and keep blocking any new number they use another way this outfit shows its a fraudulent enterprise you can also file a complaint with the GA State Attorney General's Office you can also file a complaint with the FTP and US Attorney General as these cons are committing interstate fraud

This is patently False and this woman if KIMBERLY is a woman is lying her a** off. There is no way a person will be jailed for debts in the US. The fact she made this comment in a public forum makes her liable for jail time for perpetrating fraud some of these crooks really better figure out how long they are willing to spend time for their fraudulent activities.

Block their number if you took out a payday loan the interest rate range from 600 to 800 percent and are ILLEGAL an illegal contract cannot be legally enforced these scumsucking thieves know all this also be aware if a debt by the original creditor has been discharged each state has statute of limitation governing the time a debt can be collected usually 3 to 4 years after discharge of the debt

been receiving the same call from that number and they left a name under kimberly marshall. i called them and they hung up on me twice. then a different person anwered and she took my number and said she will manually remove it from the list if it was  on their phone list.....im pretty sure its a scam

Kimberly Marshall stating I have to call by the end of the day in regards to a complaint filed in their office and that their client has no other route to protect their interest. They ask to call back this # 404 994-2810 ext 130

Same here.  They call, hang up, no message. I have also been harassed by Kramer and Associates off and on over the past year. I am wondering if there is any connection although I did some research and found out that Kramer and Assoc. is out of NY. I was hoping this was going to stop but here we go again. I don't owe anyone any money and have never had a payday loan. This is frightening to me! How/where do they get my cell phone #? I will be reporting them to the FTC and AG as well.

I have received the exact same message from the same person. Very annoying indeed. There should be a law against this.

Recieved call from Kim Marshall, claiming there was an action agaist me and to call by COB. I will not call them and I am reporting them to the FTC. She called from 803-353-4176 and told me to call her back on 404-994-2810. Does not ID her company or intentions. Do not trust!! Scam artists!!

Received call from 972-914-5419 wanting me to call 404-994-2810 ext 130 to protect my interest in a legal matter, and if they do not hear back from me by the end of the business day their client who has filed a complaint in their office will have to take further action to protect their interests.  They gave me some woman's name as the contact.  I called the 972 # back and got some man.  

They are trying to collect on old payday loans. Don't pay them. No court will award them a judgment. I keep wondering when these fools will quit trying to collect on a payday loan from early 2008. (That I unfortunately got scammed into paying by some other scum bag agency) and now I must be on a sucker list as this debt is way old and paid!!!! They are just an annoyance. Tempted to change my cell # but then I'm sure they would break the law n call my work.

The company is called Critical Resolution Mediation LLC and they are located in Norcross (Atlanta) GA. Called about a past due payday loan and wanted my Credit/Debit card information so they could take money I allegedly owe from my bank account on a day that I authorize. I refused to give them that information so he told me I could pay thru any Chase Bank but I'd need to call him from the bank to make the payment.

Caller leaves a message stating I need to contact them immediately regarding my SSN#.

Received a call from a woman stating to be Kimberly Marshall and to call her back at 404-994-2810, ext 130 to speak to her or her secretary regarding a legal matter.  After reviewing the above posts I have not nor will not be returning the call.  

Receiving same phone calls. Do not leave a message, just hang up.

I received a call from this number. Caller told me that he represented the Bank of Delaware and that I have an outstanding balance on a Mastercard. Since I never had a Mastercard with a $1,000.00 limit, I hung up.

Guy called my family saying I owed a bad check from 5 years ago.  No clue what the debt is.  Had my family all scared and come to find out they are a a bunch of rude people.  How do you get them to stop calling?  and ensure they can not trump charges on you?  Crazy they can find out cell phone numbers.

In addition to trying to scam money from you, these type of operations are also "Info Wranglers" - they get paid for verifying who is at the random phone numbers they call. They have no idea who they are calling. If you respond, then they WILL know.

THIS GUY (MR.WES) IS SO RUDE, AND SLAMS THE PHONE IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER OR REFUSE TO SPEAK TO THEM. THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS CONTACTING MY WORK NUMBER AND REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO MY HR DEPARTMENT. THIS IS B.S. AND WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU GUYS PRANK SOMEONE ELSE. GET A REAL JOB!

The point is that even if you do owe someone money, they cannot threaten you with arrest, drivers license suspension, criminal charges, etc.

Someone cannot have you thrown in jail for owing them money.  The jails in this country are reserved for people that commit crimes.  I think you work for these shysters and are using this post to scare others into paying.  I give you points for creativity but you are still SCUM!
