Called today. I didn't answer (I was a work and they were calling my personal cell phone). They didn't leave a message. Since I didn't answer, I don't know if it was a robo-call or a live human that placed the call. Since I have never done any online gaming, never go to a casino, and have never done business with this company, I filed a DNC Registry complaint. I also saved the phone# in my cell phone's address book with the contact name "SCAM" and set the entry to go directly to voicemail without ringing. Good luck scammers!

It's Silver Oaks Casino... they are calling to verify the number you put online when you signed up. That's all. They are just checking that it is in fact YOU that signed up for their online casino. Just answer the call, answer their questions, and they won't call back.

I get 9 calls a day from them! I wrote down all the times and days and when I got done I had filed 26 complaints with the do not call list registry. If you are on this list please start filing your complaints!

Have talked to the 24/7 live chat guy, as well as talking to a lady on the phone & her manager (all on different days). All have told me I would be taken off their call list, and all lied. Still getting calls from these people.
I have never been to their website (except the once to complain about the calls), or any other gambling site, I work at a real casino & across the street from another real casino, why would I bother with online b***s***.

Online gaming site called Silver Oaks casino. They won't pay you. Even when I won the $4000 Royal Flush and tried to cash out, they gave me all kinds of reasons why it wasn't a legitimate payout. Since the U.S has banned online gaming sites, you'll never get any money, even if you win. Don't answer if they call. Report them for harrassment.

I've been getting calls from this number for at least 4 years. It started with an automated response telling me I registered at their casino with my credit card. They call me in streaks, and when they call me, they call all the time! I stopped getting calls from them for about a year and they just started again, this time with an actual person on the line. They've called me six times in the past four days. This time I actually answered and threatened to sue if they continued. We'll see if that works.

I just got another call from this number. 3rd time today. Normally, I get nobody on the line. Finally got someone on the line. Really loud call center, clearly in some 3rd world country. The operator said it was Silver Oak Casino. I have no idea how they got my phone number. I told them that I've been getting phone calls from them every day and getting hung up on. I told them that if they don't remove me from their list, I will report them for harassment. The operator said that they would remove me from their list and apologized.

I was told that in order to stop harrassing phone calls one can call the Attorney General. Dont know. It might help.
