Scam call. When I reversed the call it gave me a recording with English and some other language to choose from.

If you call the number back it is an automated voice asking you to press 1 for English, then asks you to enter your card number-its a scam! I have reported this type of call before to the AG. The Attorney Generals Office told me they have no way to trace the calls or no way to stop them, call blocker is your best option. Unfortunately I live in a rural area have no features on the phone, just the basics. The DO NOT Call registery does not stop all unwanted calls.
