I do not want this person calling me any more.  He claims he is Bill Walker and he is with AMR.

Rec'd call from this number at my work number-Did not answer and was left a message to call back. No name of person or company. It was a pre-recorded message

Called and left message with husband, then I tried to call and no one answered the phone.

Received a message from some "Bill Walker" to call 290-2025, caller id had the name "AMR".  He left no company name, mispronounced my name in his very abrupt message and the message had no company name or reason for the call.  Returned the call in the evening, no answer, no voicemail or answering machine.  We are also on Do Not Call.

This is a collection agency - Account Management Resources, they get notices of past due invoices from businesses to try to collect whats due. They told me they cannot say the company name on the voice mail until they know they have reached the party that they need to talk to.

Keep getting calls from 405-290-2025 asking for some person I don't know on my voice mail. Getting sick and tired of it.

I received a call from the number 405-290-2025 and I let it eat my voicemail because I did not recognize this number and upon listening to the voicemail, it was a computer generated male voice asking me to punch a number on my key pad of my phone and the message disconnected before it could finish, which I know to be in my world, "bogus".  If they are legit, leave a real message and I will take it under advisement and I will determine if I call them back or not.  With them and their kind, I do not scare that easy.  Good luck bogus company jerks!!!

I received a legitimate call from this 405 290 2025 number regarding a small copay that I had apparently underpaid that was in collections. It was not a scam

I answered because I was expecting a call but hug up right way as soon as a recorded message started.  I always hung up on recorded messages. They are just creepy. Byside the fact that it shows that that company thinks it's time is more valuble then mine is. Which oviously isn't true.

I have been getting calls from this number with no VM.  I called back to have the lady (operator) tell me she could not tell me the name of the company or why the had my cell number. So remember folk DON'T GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE THE WILL NOT TELL YOU WHO THEY ARE!!!!!!

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. Asking for some person I don't know. I've told them that my number doesn't belong to the person they are asking for and not to call again. So, I'm filing a complaint to my Attorney Generals Office. Not to mention looking into filing a lawsuit since they are violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

They keep calling my cell phone asking for some person named Jodie. Told them several times to stop calling and my number doesn't belong to this Jodie person. I'm fed up with these calls.

I got an official sounding message with even a reference number. I am waiting ti hear from agency on free reauthorization help from OG&E and thought it may be them so i called the number back. A young woman with a harsh attitude in her voice answered "this is Ann" no company name. I asked who is this? She said only Ann, then read my phone number back to me saying she was trying to contact.... my full name. I knew immediately it was a collection agency. A mean, rude collection agency... i said i didn't know the person and she said she would report the number as being a bad contact and hung up as i tried to ask who She was with. To my knowledge collection agencies must identify themselves and say any information collection will be used to collect a debt. So this place is underhanded as well as deceitful. Beware calls from 405-280-2925.

I have officially forwarded that incoming number to our local time and temperature.  That's where I send annoying callers.  I have other favorites, but I'm keeping those secret.

They call but never say anything so i called back. This number is calling and they claim they are a collection agency, but the ONLY way they can look up YOUR account is with your full name and Social Security number !  NEVER GIVE THIS INFORMATION OUT.

IF, they do have an account for you DEMAND, that they remove your number from their calling base and correspond with you via the USPS .

Discussing your debt with someone other than your spouse without your permission.
Using profanity and making false threats. If they say they are going to sue you, then they have to take that action.
Misrepresenting him/herself or the purpose of the call.

they keep call every 10min. wont give the reason why very rude peoples

Today is May 16, 2013 and I just received a call from (405) 290-2025.  On the caller I.D., it showed the company name as AMR.  However, I have received several calls from this number prior to today's call and it listed the name of the company as CCI.  I've never answered or called this number back and don't plan on it.  Usually, when money is owed and turned over to a collection agency, you will recieve notification of it through the mail as well as over the phone.  However, I've never received anything through the mail and can't possibly know who or what I owe money to and for.  There are State statutes that vary from State to State, that tells you when a debt is no longer collectible.  In the State of Oklahoma, it is two years and after the two years, you can send in a request to the Credit Bureaus to have that debt(s) removed and you must state the statute.  In other words, there is a statutue of limitations on debts.  Now, what collection agencies like to do is get you on the phone so they can add the date contact was made, which changes the date on your credit report and keeps that file/debt opened.  As long as you have no contact with them, they can't make any updates with the Credit Bureau as far as dates.  With that being said, if you have been sued and there is a Judgment against you, (legally gone through the court process) you will have to pay that debt or file bankruptcy and claim it in the bankruptcy.

This number keeps calling me and asking for someone I do not know. Each time I tell them they have the wrong number and not to call back. They call anyway.  I finally just blocked them from my phone and set it to auto answer and hangup without voice mail.
Problem solved.

Some medical offices/hospitals will NOT take payment plans. Did you read what I just typed? Will not. I have huge medical bills and tried to do what you just said. I was able to do it with most but 2 of them would not do it. I'm still alive, grateful that my life was saved, and that's all I care about. I'm still sick, and will be. All I did was just come online too look up why this phone number keeps calling me, and leaves a message without saying who they are. I don't answer my phone when I don't know who someone is, and I don't call people back who do not say who they are. Guess I'm changing my number.

Pay your medical bills.  If you can't pay in full, set up AND STICK TO a payment plan.  If you do this, you won't have to worry about being harrassed by bill collectors.

Harrassment is against the law.   Then again, so is not paying for services received.

I keep receiving calls from this number.  Just this evening, I received two calls just about 5 minutes apart.
I don't owe any outstanding debts, if this is a collection company.
I don't know what kind of company it is because they don't leave a message on my machine, and they won't say anything when I call back.
I am also on the do not call registry.

These people from this number are calling me 3 or 4 times a day.  I don't answer it because I don't owe ANYONE any money.

Personally, I'm very offended by their calls and I have every right to be.
I'm up to date on everything and I don't owe anyone anything.
You assume this is a ligitimate company.
If you are writing ANYTHING about this call, I assume you didn't pay YOUR debt.

All of my research has said that 4052902025 is a fake credit  collection company called cci.

I called the number back and they were able to tell me what it was regarding by them reading the number I called them from on caller ID.  It was about an old dr. bill that I indeed need to pay. So I would not ignore this

Received call on answering machine for me to call back and refer to reference # given.  Tried to call and got machine w/ hours of operation, no company name given.  Wasn't sure what the call was in regards to so had my roommate call back for me since I was at work during day.  The woman on the other line wouldn't give out any information other than she had details on how to help me get my life back on track and to make sure my roomie had me call.  I think not.

Collections dont fall under the do not call lists. Collections are seperate from that, you have to tell them not to call again.
