Called my cell phone at 5:31 a.m.

Called after midnight, rang many times, I picked up and then they hung up! Tried calling back and got nothing.

Annoying calls at inopportune times, to sell credit cards

Called my Business Line, promoting Credit Card.  I hung up after I heard the first few seconds.  Tried to call back and it said caller did not accept calls from unknown or blocked numbers!
