Apparently they started this back up. got a text message from 440-782-7844 Reverse look up says it's from Brecksville, OH. 44141

Exactly... Hope it is a scam!

I just received a similar text message, but with a different phone number attached - sure its still the scam.
this is how it reads:

I reverse looked up the number and it said it was based out of sandy UT area.  don't know anybody there or have this type of card....

I also got a message from them today with an email 530@achievecard.com. I did not respond I have no checking or savings, nor do I have any credit card, prepaid debits or ANYTHING of this nature. My concern is I got another text from a fast cash type of place last week. Is there a way to verify if my id was stolen? They can not take any of my money as I have no accounts what-so-ever.....but can they get to my ssn?? and other info??

I, too, received the same text message.  If the idiotic message wasn't a big enough clue, the idiots aren't even smart enough to realize that the first numbers of a credit card are the same on nillions of cards, so offering those numbers is no identifier.  Companies always identify your card by using the LAST numbers.

Living in Oklahoma, I'll notify the AG and other agencies as well as the phone company involved.  405 is an Oklahoma area code.  The number may be re-routed from another location, but our state authorities can investigate.

I've been a victim of debit/mastercard theft in December 09 after just receiving this text. I didnt even call the number!  Just got this text on the 8th, and of course didn't call number, but my regular mastercard was discovered to be compromised the same day!

this is a phishing scam trying to find if you have this debit/credit card- then when you call in - it is just a phone system set up to collect you card and pin number then they will steal your money by creating a counterfeit card-  please do not respond to these type of messages- I work for a card issuer and see to many cases of stolen identity or loss of money always call the phone number listed on the back of your card if you have questions- that is why the issuer puts it there to prevent fraud-

Also got a text from this number. I have never had a mastercard nor have i ever tried to get one. Definitely a scam.

Um, I don't have any type of accounts like mastercard or achieve.  Definitely a scam and I am not falling for it!
SO sick of these people.
