Same for me..they are also calling my former work which was 5 years ago! Luckily they are aware its a scam too.This people must think we are really stupid.I would call them back tell them what I think of them ,but its long distance and not wasting money on this scum!

The just called me at work asking saying I would be service to appear in court. I don't think this is real, I think it another scam.

I received a call today saying the same thing. They were going to serve me with papers at my home or place of business. I have asked for them to send me something in writing. "They can't do that, but I can settle this over the phone, giving them my account information so it won't go any further." Yea! Right!

Same here and I am sick of it especially since they do not just call me but my mom and dad once or more times a day saying that I have fraudulant activity on my ss# and they are serving me court papers and when I get served my legal rights will be nulled. There is no way they can null my legal rights, obviously they are fakes and are just trying to scare me into giving them money. Not going to happen.

Got a call yesterday from the same exact caller but the number was from Fargo ND, now it's from OK, saying that they are calling from Central Processing Center and are going to serve me for fraudulent activity.
