Person calls and hangs up.

First call this p.m.  Hung up on me when I answered.

Tired of getting calls from this number.  Caller normally will not leave a message on our answering machine but, yesterday, they left what sounded like heavy breathing and a strange unintelligible whisper.

I just called 405-463-2465 after hours answers as donors and charities
