Hung up when I answered.

This number called my place of business 3 times within 10 minutes.  Upon answering the phone each time, I was able to get out my name before I was hung up on.  I hit *69 and got the phone number.

Anytime you postive feedback when 99% are complaints - its the scammer.

No reason in the world for a happy customer to be checking this COKMPLAINT board.  IF they are so happy they have no reason to be even be looking for this number..

This number has called repeatedly to the doctor's office where I work as a receptionist.  Each time, they have hung up without a word the moment I pick up start to speak.  This is EXTREMELY annoying, as very ill patients have been shunted to voice mail because the line has been tied up with this person's foolish games.  Am I allowed to call them back repeatedly from my home phone (which has a blocked number) and hang up on them to see if they get the point??

We have been receiving multiple calls "per" day and no matter how I answer the phone they hang up on me. I have called the number back several times and it is Dustin with Capital Accounts wanting me to become a client with his company.  He has been told several times we do not like or appreciate his practice of hanging up on us and to place us on his do not call list.  We will not do business with this company, now he just starts laughing!  AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

405/547-3490 is Capitol Accounts, do not confuse them with Capitol One, they are 2 entirely differant cos' They are a collection agency. In my case they talked to me about a yr ago concerning collecting bad debt owed TO me. I own a small company. This is NOT a Government agency. They have called and we have told them SEVERAL times in the last month that we are NOT interested and to take us off their list. They just argue with us and continue to call. I told the clown this A/M. to take me off his Blankety list.

I received a call from this number and was just hung up on as well.

Hung up when I answered.  Rude.  I am on the do not call list.  So much for our Government policing their laws.

That's IT!  Why didn't everyone else think of that?  I'm going to change my voice every day from now on.  That'll fool those Government Spies!

How can I speak to your man Eric if he hangs up on me when I answer the phone?

405 is an Oklahoma Area Code.  Caller hung up when I answered with business name.  I called the number back just for fun.  The person who answered didn't identify the company, so I asked who I was calling.  He said the company name was "Capital Accounts."  Then I returned the favor and hung up on him.

Phone rang 3 times and when I answered I was hung up on. I called the number back and was told the company was Capital collections, a collection agency. The person I spoke with was courteous and apologized and stated it must have been a bad connection as their employees would not just hang up on someone. (Well, they just did). I asked that they remove our company number from any and all of their calling lists.

Caller hung up when I answered.  Scummy telemarketers.

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM MALE CALLER 405-547-3490, HE GETS OUR DEPARTMENTS CORRECT SO I THINK HE LEGIT, BUT HE REALLY DOES CALL TOO MUCH.  CUT TO THE CHASE, SELLER, YO BOGGING DOWN MY PHONES.

Called back number and representative refused to state the reason for the call of type of business "Capital Accounts" was. The representative "Eric" was very rude and hostile on the phone.

I received a call from this number today on a business line. They wanted to talk to the person in charge, refused to give me any information or what the call ws about.  They did say something about billing. They were very rude and when I would not put them through they hung up.

Received a call from this #. No one was there when I picked up the line.  I called back.  I asked where I was calling I was told it as "Capital Accounts."  They could not find out why they were calling me, so I still have no idea.
