Cox Communications calling to tell me that I can "lock in" my cable rate by entering into a 2 year contract with them that includes an Early Termination Fee (ETF). Yeah... let me jump right on that!

This number is calling my house at all hours of the day Cox is not even offered in the area where I live. I answered one time and no one was on the line. I plan on calling Cox and reporting them also calling the BBB
