The company that has this number is called: Express Service.  They are telemarketing a HR Recruiting service franchise business opportunity to anyone who meets their criteria.  There is an investment involved and it appears to be a legitimate enterprise operating out of OK City.  When they called they did not leave a message and that was a negative for me, however, after returning the call it was handled professionally.
