Callback # is 1-800-252-6633 x409. Claims they will remove you from the calling list if you are not in the mortgage business.

They are calling me a lot lately.  They did leave a message though.  I am in the industry but not interested right now.

Ala Mode is NOT a scam.  They provide the best appraisal software in the business, hands down.

They do not remove your name when you ask!  I am not an appraiser... so ARMcR do you work for them is that why you are trying to tell people it is great!  They are making cold telemarketing calls!!! I am reporting them.  This is not a good company...

Actually, a la mode really is a fabulous company! And quite legit. I've subscribe to their software for 15 years, and it can't be beat....including the best tech support I've ever encountered. I can't imagine why they would be calling anyone other than real estate appraisers. Perhaps if you let them know they've reached you by mistake, they'll stop calling! ;-)

In reality this the `sales pit' for Alamode software company - WinTotal appraisal software - nice stuff, good tech support - just a bit high priced [$1100+]when compared with other industry professional software

I subscribe,they have been hounding me as the annual term is nearing and they're probably afraid I'll go with another `provider' - Wonder why your appraiser's fees seem high? This is just the start of what we pay yearly to operate our little `shops' - Yep, that's $1100 plus annually just for the software! 3rd party database fees, errors/omissions insurance, licensing, mandatory continuing education and association dues ... xtra ;]

I still think its a great gig, alot of work but well worth it - I get paid to `cruise' thru our local mountains and my time is my own - Never did 9-5 very well and HATE timeclocks - yahooo!!!!
