The thread starts with a post claiming we are stealing mineral rights. now it is about not returning calls.
Very poorly exectued and if we were doing either would we take the time to respond to this thread. We are a land service company who works for many of the largest Oil and Gas Exploration companies. We employ 75 to 125 landmen at any given time and have a webiste, haggardland.com and have numbers posted as well as email. You obviously are very mistaken and very delusional.

I'm not going to judge, only state the facts.

We tried to contact John two times regarding our oil lease. Upon finding out who was calling, John hurriedly said he needed to go and would call us back. He did not return either call.  I then contacted the Exploration company directly & found my answer, yet could not confirm Jonh or his number, indicating that he may be a broker.

John may very well be a broker, but does not respond to phone calls. This gives John the appearance of being sketchy and/or downright poor when dealing in customer relations.

Take some advice John, return phone calls.

Anyone that uses "friggin" does not deserve a reply. Haggard Land Company leases mineral rights under Oil and Gas Leases for large, and small, oil and gas companies. We are a brokerage service under CONTRACT from various E&P "Oil and Gas Operators". "Stealing Oil and Gas Royalties" could not be further from the truth. We operate under the laws of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and any other governing body of land and mineral rights depending on what state we are in.
