Got a call from this number. Any idea who it could be?

calls around once a week  - no message left

When I answered, the robovoice said, "The FBI reports there is a home break-in every.." then I hung up on the sumbches.

This number calls me repeatedly, I just was issued this number.  I am not the previous owner, nor do I know them.  I have reported this to my phone company.  I have reported this to the police. I also put my number on the National Do Not Call Registry...but that take up to 31 days.  STOP THE HARASSMENT!
