Got a call from this number yesterday. Didn't pick up, no message. Has happened several times. It's obviously someone scamming people and not from Billings Clinic so don't give out any information!

Repeated calls every ten minutes from this number to my land line is not acceptable.. When we answer or check messages it's a constant beep.. Please stop.. We live in Colorado.. This call is from Montana.. We have no business with your business.

The number 406-238-2600, could be spoofed, or be a scammer, here's a partial explanation:

This number kept calling us, we didn't answer and they never left a message.  When you dial the number, there is an automated message that states there is no specific person identified with the number and to contact Billings Clinic.  I called a different number for the clinic (found of course in phone book), talked to someone in the billing dept, she said the number 238-2600 did not originate from them, since they keep an electronic system of calls made out of the clinic, and there was no record of that phone number being called out of the Billings Clinic (which could indicate spoofing or scamming).  They are now aware of this problem and will hopefully be able to investigate it fully.

I got a call saying that I owe money, and why don't I pat my bill to Billings Clinic. I exlained I do pay my bills. And only got my 1st bill with a charge only 7 days ago and paid and sent it already. She told me I owe $8. Note the caller ID said Healthcare Rep. I called Billings Clinic billing the next day. They told me the call was from Billings Clinic. I asked her to check my account. She told me she had to transfer me to the dept. That made the call. The next lady was so rude. Telling me they make these calls just prior to sending an account out for collection. I told her I don't owe anything. I just got a bill only 7 days ago and paid and sent it.I asked her to check my account. Are you ready. I have a $6 credit and $0 due. I asked to talk to her survisor which she denied me. I pressed and she had me leave a voice message. This guy called me back with the same phone and caller ID as the 1st call. He defended the call and said the 1st lady was very professional and the 2nd was maybe a little aggrressive. I told him, I felt both were aggressive and don't know why I was even called, I got the 1st bill only 7 days ago and paid at once. He told me, SHE EXPLAINED TO YOU WHY YOU WERE CALLED. So much for letting Billings Clinic know.

Got a call today too from this number left no message... I'm in NY?????

They just called and hung up on me.

That was billings Clinic...

Yeah, some employee at Billings Clinic is too afraid to give her name, but if harassing other people- not just one!!!!  CRAZY!

I got a call from this number and they hung up and called back twice then asked for me by name. I said it was me and the older woman's voice yelled into the phone "PAY YOUR BILL!" I asked who this was because I had just gotten a call from Billings Clinic that was legit. She yelled "That doesn't matter, I'm just tired of getting calls for you!"  But, uhhh.... I don't owe a bill?

They called to remind my wife of her dr app however it is in north decota not montana.  They then wanted her insurance/SSN and other info.   I would not give them out..

This number is Billings Clinic.  It's usually used to call for appointment reminders.  If it's an unwanted call or the person is rude, please report them to Billings Clinic.

also got a call from this number and they didn't leave a message (i didn't have my phone with me so I didn't answer it).  very strange....

Called my cell phone number; I didn't answer, no message left.

"Linda" at Billings Clinic chasing someone named "Christine" but dialing my daughter's cell #(NOT "Christine) and costing us cell minutes because old Christine provided them with a bogus #. Then the folks at Billings Clinic copped an attitude when called on it. Plus Billings Clinic spoof's their caller-id. A***oles. "Linda"'s direct dial number is turns out to be: 406-238-5124.
