they get your info online if you have ever aplied for a credit card or fast cash loan online. and from there down they dont stop calling i have changed my number so they dont call anymore. the indian guy "john smith" i got him so mad so many times he told me im coming to your house tonight i said good i have drinks, once he told me im going to kill your brother (i dont have any) i told him well i killed him like 3 weeks ago his in the closet when you come help me get rid of the body, im a smart ***** and he cant outpass me"

They called from (406) 351-4006 , Caller ID showed: LOAN MOD DEPT.

They keep calling to our office, we don't have a mortgage or collections.

Called my cell phone several times a day and almost everyday.

I was going through a divorce and had told my mortgage company as much, and that I couldn't pay anything till judge decided who was to pay what.
Didn't stop them.

I've been on the Do Not Call List for over two months.  Received a call on March 1, 2012 to my cell (which has So. Fla. area code) from (406) 351-4006.  They left no message.

Got their call in the middle of class today. I will get to the bottom of this and I will sue.

It's 2012 and this same phone # is still being used by telemarketers. The "donotcall" thing is absolutely useless.

However, I have an answer for anyone who wants those dial bots to stop calling you. All you have to do is record the same tri-tone you get when you call a non-working phone number and put that at the start of your voice mail or answering machine. As soon as the voice mail, or answering machine, picks up and "sings" that tri-tone, the call bot will mark >your< number as "non-working" and should delete it from its database. Nagging calls should stop. I did that years ago in my home phone and within a month, just about all the telemarketing calls seased.

This number has been calling our company about 10 times a day for the past 5 days. It's a recorded message in spanish. So much for legislation passing the bill forbidding robo calls!

From yesterday to today and received 68 phone calls from 406-351-4006. I do not know this person really is bothering me. My phone is registered donotcall.
I will have to take judicial action against the person who calls me from this phone from Montana.

I get phonecalls for this number all the time. It's a recording in spanish telling me I've won dinner and tikets for Disney World. If you press one the phone is directed to a real person. I have asked them many times to delete my number for the list but they keep calling. Some of the persons are really nasty or just hang up. I've asked to talk to a supervisor but they never always try to go arround it.

Repeated calls from this number to my cell phone. Always talks in very loud, fast Spanish - which I don't understand. No message left if I do not answer. No answer if I call the number back.
