how to block these calls

Repeated calls from this number.

Received call from Credit Services, I pressed 1, "Sam" answered and quickly asked me to verify my info. Really? I interupted him and asked him how he obtained my phone number. He hung on me. Scam. Reported to DNC registry.

Just got a call from this ID and number.  I didn't answer.  No message.

Received two calls in a row today.  They left no messages.

I find this number on my caller ID...along with 224-222-5053 both are robo calls and have been forwarded to the US Do not call list. Any remedy?

this number is a phishing scam and they are trying to steal your identity. extremely dangerous and if you have given them any information please call your credit card company immediately

Rec'd a call, but they didn't leave a message.  Clearly by all of these comments they are phishing/scammers.  However, I did call the number back & received an automated message which stated they would remove me from their calling list if I press 1, so I did.  They did say it would take approximately 72 hours.  Let's see??  Meanwhile, I did block the number.

My wife received a call and the caller id read unknown caller.  I reportedit to the do not call register today.  They are supposed to be a credit ard company and offers you loerinterest.  This was a recorded message and we pressed number 2 for them not to call us again.  But we did this before and the still called today.  I think the National do not register is a joke.

They claimed to be account services. I proceeded to press 1. Someone answered the phone, said they could lower my interest rate. Asked if I paid more than 10%, yes. Asked how much I owed, I said under $1000 and they hung up on me. The caller id name was the phone number.

I am 99% this is a scam of some sort. DON'T GIVE ANY ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE.

Also received call from this # (406-351-4131). Automated message saying "this is Heather..." The scam starts with press 1 if you are interested in reducing your interest rate on your credit card. Pressed one and the guy on the phone identified himself as an employee of Visa/Mastercard and asked if I had a Visa or MC. I said I had a Visa...he asked me to identify my card #. I would not because if he was with Visa, he would have my info. He stated he wanted to be sure I was who I said I was. Huh? He called ME! I told him I didn't feel comfortable with all the scams out there. He asked me if the card started with a 4...really? All Visa's start w/a 4!! He then said, just tell me the 2nd #. I did, thinking he would then verify my # with me and he said 'then just verify the rest'. I would not. He said ok, i will give you my callback # and insisted this was legit. I asked him to hold on and called the #. Someone answered, 'ello'! I was like like DUDE, don't think so and he kept on. Said his name was SAM TORRES w/callback # 888-333-3857 x247. He argued that I must have dialed incorrectly because a financial advisor would answer. I called again while he waited and the call was connected and then they hung up! I then just told him this wasn't feeling right and got off the phone. Not sure how to report this company/scam group to authorities. SO Glad I trusted my gut!!!

Keep getting calls from this number.
Would like to report it. I am on the do not call list. When I blocked my number and then called the number back I could not get through kept getting a busy signal.

Credit card scammers don't play the suck!

I got a call from them and the solicitor identified himself as from "Visa/Mastercard" and offered to lower the interest rates on my credit card if I met some qualifications. I told him that since he wasn't calling from the bank that issued my card, I wasn't interested in giving him information on my account.  He tried to talk me into it, but then hung up after I continued to say no thanks.

Got a call today from this number.  Caller ID said "cellular call".  It was a recorded message about lowering my credit card interest rate.  I hung up.

Telemarketer about credit cartd. Lets give them the 86!!!!

IT's A SCAM!!

I asked them for the company name and was treated to a list of obscenities. They have been reported to the authorities.

these people called and used my credit card number to buy porn do not deal with them

August 14th...just received the same message as Simcha,  I registered a complaint with donotcall website as sited above.  I suggest you all do the same so that we can get this company OUT of commission!
