I decided not to go for the loan after all. Now they are calling me and harassing me, trying to get me to sign the forms and proceed with the loan and I don't want it!  Who do I report these people to?

Now they are calling me at work and on my cell, hassling me and wanting me to finish up the process and accept the loan! I hadn't known they were an Indian nation, and even so, they still have to operate according to the laws of our country.

they can't do that.  I am guessing you applied for a payday loan through an Indian nation.  What they don't tell you is that the agreement is only valid on reservation land.  So, unless you live there the collection methods aren't legal.  And, so you can actually tell them to go take a hike.  And they will try and scare you into paying, just take detailed notes and don't agree to anything and switch bank accounts asap.

I filled out loan papers and copied my loan agreement. I received the money and the first payment was due a few
days ago. They are now threatening me with attorneys which I do not understand because I am paying the loans as due. They are harassing me daily about suing me. Can this be stopped? I am paying my loan electronically as promised.

they called form west river and called my work, i have no idea but i have been receiving calls from hundreds of businesses that are a scam, annoying
