1200 number blocking capacity..up to 10 area codes can be blocked...also you can block criminals with no phone numbers on their caller ID.
blockers with 50 or 60 number capacity..you will run out of numbers in a couple of months.
FCC is in bed with these criminals:
1-do not answer the calls that you do not recognize.
2-search on awesome websites such as this one,for the phone number and once you see the numbers here,
3-stop wasting your time with useless reports and complaints and by a good blocker.

Caller ID says local search...they call and don't leave message.

Maybe you should try and spoof that name and number and see what happens.

I know the point you were trying to make was that these criminals often spoof their real numbers in an effort not to get caught.  They do not care about the do not call list because they are crooks.

These scums called me again today but they got blocked.... T Lock call blocker blocked them..they will change their number and call again...when they do I will add them to the blocked list,just like the other morons lol and that is it...1500 number capacity..I LOVE MY BLOCKER

Caller ID reads Local Search. They too call daily.

these b*****ds call me 4 to 5 times a day. I reported them to the attorney generals office numerous times. They said they can not pin point it

Do you think that the common criminal calling from his or her mom's basement is going to use or abide by the DNC list? Heck no!

Keep in mind that the number & name you see on your caller ID is completely FAKE and not owned/associated by the criminal.

Misleading generic Caller ID. This was a human asking to speak to the home owner. Assumed it was one of those security scammers and immediately hung up. They called at 5:21 PM EST.

I do the same thing. My best time was 45 minutes wasted time of theirs. My fake stutter kept him hooked :-) For every minute of their time I waste I figure it is one less minute they can potentially scam someone else.

call went to voicemail.  message stated if you agree to put small sign in your front yard they will install a security system free of charge.

I spoke to a very nice man on the phone from Bozeman Maryland.  After mailing in over $2000 in cashier check - my new security system arrived in the mail.   Was a breeze to install.  Basically - it consists of two yellow stickers that say "Beware of Security System and Nasty Dog".   System has paid for itself 10 fold - not one break-in since my installation day!  Highly recommend.  If you mention my name - you can get a 10% discount.

They use a different spoofed number numerous times a day. I've been getting these calls on my cell for months.

Keeps calling me.  Wants to install a scam security system that will monitor when I am home - and when I am not - so they can send a band of thieves to burglarize my house.  Reported them to the FBI and CIA.

This machine called at least once to twice a month.  The number is changed but the message is the same. They actually called on Monday 3-11-13  It's a scare tactic about robberies in your area and they list the FBI is concerned or something to that effect. Then the message goes on to ask if you would like the company to place a free sign in your yard. I just let the message play through then hang up.
