I get a call from these guys twice a day! and its the same Damn thing with the same Damn people calling. one male and one female with a hispanic accent. they always call saying we were pulled from a random drawing. I always hang up. but soon I'm gonna give them a Hell of a time to deal with. I'll pretend I'm a little child lol

Definite Scam  - I just got a call and the person's voice sounded very "synthesized" - like they were disguising their voice? When I asked if it was a sales call - he kept saying "no - you have won a free hotel stay" and continued with trying to get me to answer yes to his questions about verifying my address - and I just kept answering "No - I do not want any marketing literature"  Whatever you do - do not answer yes - to any of their questions as it sounded like they were trying to record that response - he finally tired of my same response and hung up.

Lady called and asked for owner of company. I told her that he was not available and asked if I could take a message and she said that's ok, you can help me and went on to tell me not to worry, this was not a sales call, that we had been selected for a scratch off to win prizes such as a Ford Explorer, $2,500, Flat-screen TV or vacation/cruise.....She just kept blabbling on and on without taking a breath long enough for me to tell her we were not interested so I just hung up.

Her English was very difficult to understand but she said I was chosen for a 3 night hotel stay available at several locations in the US and Mexico and all they needed was to verify my address. I told her I wasn't interested but she persisted so I asked how much it would cost. She said nothing and she just needed to ask me 3 questions so they could send someone out with my prizes and something else (but I coudn't understand what she was saying..and didn't care). I asked if I had to buy something in order to get the "free" stuff and I'm not sure if she understood me but she said yes. I just told her I wouldn't use it and told her to have a wonderful day. She asked if she could call again and I told her it really wouldn't be worth her time so she finally gave up and said goodbye.

some one called me from numerous time from  IMS # 406-623-3577and want to talk to Manager. When I told him what's regarding for, he hang up. I called back and got busy signal.

They just called and on caller id it Ims. I didn't say anything until they said hello and proceeded to tell this guy who tried to get me to say yes that if he.didn't hang up that i would send Mormon missionaries to his door. I informed him that i had his ne.and.address and phone number in front of me. Needless to say he hung up first. Next time they call you totally screw with their minds and have some fun with it.

Just got a cold call from these guys. EXTREMELY puchy guy telling me I had been randomly picked and had won either a Cruise, $2500, a new car etc., and stated they wanted me to partake in a Survey.

You are smoking crack.  There is no such thing as "money that use to go to the government now is in an account towards my retirement".  And, by the way, very few people lost money in 2010... the Dow was up over 9%.

Read the laws better- All Telemarketing companies can call you up to 3 times before incurring fines with the FCC- they are not breaking the law until they call you on the 3rd time.

I just got a call from them too. Ugly people. I am on the DO-NOT-CALL list and obviously it was violated by them but the phone call was disconnected they asked my name. So, may be the DO-NOT-CALL list is working after all.

Caller claimed to be calling on behalf of "Federal Financial Group". Provided a name of Nicky and a call back number of 866-517-2945. Claimed to be offering a free vacation certificate and just needed to ask a few questions to verify that they weren't giving this away to minors. He asked for my age range, income bracket and employment status. When he started asking for my last name I asked to questioned his authenticity since the number he gave did not match up with the company he claimed to represent. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he hung up.

Please do not call again

This number calls my office every day and asks for, by name, a person that has not worked in the company in over 2 years.  Then they ask for the "manager" and I tell them that he is not available and hang up before they can go further. Pains in the butt.
