Got a call from that number but didn't answer.  No message was left so it couldn't have been too important.  I did a search on the number and found this page and it was very helpful.  Thanks!

Telemarketer called. I am on the no-call list. How do I fine them $500 that's supposed to be the fine for a telemarketer violating the no-call list?

I received a call from a telemarketer on Sept. 10, 2009, a woman who said her name was Viola, about saving money on health care.  Lots of call boiler room noise in the background.  I said absolutely nothing until she finished here spiel.  I then said nothing some more.  She then stated, "Son of a bi***, you're gonna get called again" and hung up.
