This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They insist that they do not initiate illegal telemarketing calls, however they are involved in managing the calling lists for their "3rd party contractors" who make the telemarketing calls.

I got this number call me several times in one month . I have reported the number but no help .Someone please help us by Press# 5 and pretending you are need help with your mortgage and ask them their "real call back number" and post it here , I will call them back 1,000 times until they stop calling me and we all do the same .

I also received a telephone call from this number (Sunday evening, 9 Jan 2011 at 18:18 PST).  I did not answer.  No voice message either.  I called back this number (Sunday evening, 9 Jan 2011 at 18:25 PST) and got a recording.  It told me to press "1" to be removed from their calling list and that it takes up to 72 hrs.  I pressed "1", the recording said: "Thank you" and the call ended (hung up?  disconnected?).

Sounds like a telemarketer.

Just received a call from this number and they did not leave a message.  Must be a telemarketer I think.  Anyway I clicked the redial on my phone and after recorded message answered, I hit 1 to be removed from receiving anymore calls from them. Very odd!!

Have been getting repeated calls from this number and would like them to stop !

The robo-dialer called my cell phone (even though I am on "Do not call list"), sounds like a "mortgage relieve" scam.  The message was very official, quoting loan numbers and civil code sections, but they are just trying to get you to respond so they can market to you further.

Don't fall for it!

RoboCall from "Loan Mod Dept," calling on behalf of Restreportmatters.com, 877-737-8440, 10052 Mesa Ridge Court, San Diego CA 92126. Rest Report called from 760-206-4018.

Call received from "Loan Mod Dept" at 6:40pm on Monday.  Long robo message, sounds vaguely like a telemarketer for mortgage refi company [but, does not IDENTIFY which specific company].  Included a bogus-sounding "reference number."  Message said to "press 3" to opt out, which I did.  Just to be sure, I blocked the number.

Probably a violation of "Do Not Call" list under FTC.

Please register your complaints to the department of consumer affairs.  Not sure about elsewhere, but in Florida these "unsolicited and prerecorded sales calls" are illegal and the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services will take action.

Caller ID said "Loan Mod Dept," and since my house is paid for I answered it because I thought I'd have a little fun with them.  However, there was no one there, so I hung up.

I keep getting calls from this number almost everyday.

This Phone number calls me repeatedly even though I'm on the "Do not Call List", offering to help me refinance my Mortgage, I have the best deal I can get o my Mortgage and I'm not going to employ some stranger who just calls me on the Phone.

Someone please shut this company down, I'm sick and tired of their Harassment!!

I want any money and assets they have in a class action suit.
We can all split it up even if it's only 4 cents...put their a**es in Jail or worse ...and be done with it.

OK folks - here's the one "payback" I can think of on this - - - but, you GOTTA work with me on this.
Spread the news to anyone that will listen.

When the ROBO calls you - press the option to "SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE" - - - which you will NEVER get (and if you do - you can ask questions about getting a phone number so we can ALL start calling them back and harassing them - - PLEASE - if you speak with a real representative - geta phone number !!!!! and post it HERE !!!)

BUT - when you DON'T - - - leave a REALLY REALLY LONG MESSAGE !!!!!!!!  They're recording system is trying to catch phone numbers - - this is their filter mechanism - - let's LOGJAM it with LOADS of irrelevant recordings which someone then has to sit and listen to  !!!!

These robo calling loan sharks have been robo calling me for two years now.

Want to sound off?  I do.   When you get the call again, say hello, then wait for the vru female recording to say "hello" President Obama.......loan modification......home mortgage...blah..blah...blah.  

Then press "5" on your key pad. It takes you to their voice mail recording system.  You'll get the usual..."all representatives are busy" message. wait for the tone then leave any kind of message you wish.  I leave extremely profane messages, toilet sounds, music, etc. whatever it takes to use up the voice mail's recording time.  Sound off! Say what you really feel on the message. Drive them CRAZY with profane, rude, comments. These are unauthorized loan shark modifiers. Don't ever leave personal, financial information. I never have to this day.

This is the most annoying thing! 4 calls this morning thus far. How can I stop this insanity?

I have reported this to dhe do not call numerous times and they continue to call. I called the FTC and asked why they do not do anything about it. They just gave me a lame excuse that these people are hard to find. Millions of phone calls and our government cant find them? Seriously?

Three calls from this number today alone! I've been getting calls from this number for over a year now.

These people are calling me several times a day!  They SUCK!!

I've been getting calls from this number ever day for months.  I'm home today and have actually answered 3 calls in 1 hour from them.  The last call I answered I yelled at them on the machine.  I don't think this will help.x

The friggin govt can't trace these telemarketing phone numbers and they claim to catch terrorists by tracing their calls? I call BS on that.

How do I report them? I've received 5 calls today, alone and some before today.  I am on the no-call list.

Seems like these morons have changed their caller-ID.

Same recording is now coming up w/ Caller ID of       "Merchant S"
THe calling number is now 406-224-9172

Now these guys have changed again - -   the ANI digits they're handing over are 406-623-3003 and the Caller ID now says Hardin MT - -  nothing else.

The voice of the gal doing the recording is different - - - - UNTIL you press "3" to speak to the agent (who - again is NEVER accessible) - - - - but, the voice that tells you "All agents are busy" is the same as the ORIGINAL recording . . .

The calling party is now displaying  "WEST YELLOW MT"

Exact same drill as before - - -they want to "help" with your mortgage.
