Calls received, from this number, on 3/24/14, 3/22/14, 3/20/14, 3/17/14 and 3/13/14.  I never answer them and, with one exception, these scammers usually give up.  That exception is 800-459-8387, our friends at Vietnam Veterans.  This one I have blocked, so at least my phone only rings once.  They have called 18 times, since Oct., 2013, with the most recent call received 2 days, ago.

Received calls daily from this Cell Phone MT number. Now on blocked list. When I checked my missed calls found they had called back 17 times over 3 days. Never leaves a message but from what others have posted this is the typical credit card lowering rates scam.  

Set up call blocking to block this number on my AT&T uverse account.  Phone rings once then that call is gone.  Works pretty well.  Looked at my call log today.  I received 43 calls from this number in three days.  All of them said call duration 0:00.  I guess we weren't home when they came in.

For the last 2 weeks I've received calls from this company anywhere between 2 to 4 times a  day .... I never used my call blocker until today hopefully I won't hear from this company ever again...

Caller ID says "Cell Phone MT" - I like to just pick up the line and let it sit silent. After about 10 seconds it will disconnect automatically. After a few times of this they stop calling.

Message was from Rachel with "Card member Services" (instead of Kelly with "Consumer Law" as indicated above) to lower my Interest. There is nothing wrong with my account.....................consider this your final notice (liars) .....press 1.

Credit card scammers again.  God I'm tired of this MONTANA number calling.

They have called every day. EVERY SINGLE DAY for the past two weeks.  I was polite first, then I screamed, and then I threatened. So, the next step is an air horn. Will their next call be to the maniac with the air horn? Cause it's coming, baby. And I hope it hurts like f*ck.

Calls from this number have been received four times, every 3-4 days, since 3/13.  I've seen people, here, talk about answering these calls and wasting the the scammer's time.  That's exactly what these people want, regardless of how you try to scam them, in return.  They don't care, can't you see?  They WANT people to answer the call; it gives them a reason for being.  If more of us ignore these calls or block them, maybe they'll cease and desist, although I doubt it.  There's always a willing pawn, somewhere.  These are lowlifes that will always be there, until someone comes up with the technology to track their locations, immediately.  Government is useless.  They can listen in to our conversations but can't (or won't) pinpoint these individuals?  Where is our tax dollar going?

To subscribe costs about $15,000 a year. It's a profit center for the federal gov't, just like the taxpayers.

Ask to speak to Willy Plancher or Valbona Toska who were prosecuted for "Card Services". I'll bet it's the same holes.

They control the data sent over caller ID. I suggested removing the ability to change caller ID by corporations to my Congressman and Senator (Dallas/Denton county Texas). They peon's never even read the message. They sent back a response to file a complaint with the FTC. So much for representation with my taxation. Worthless pieces of $hit in DC.

Appears like these SCAMMERS are trying to sound more legit with the word "LAW" in their fake Business name.
The SCAMMERS must not have been able to SCAM many this week as they needed to resort to calling on Saturday.

Good old Kelly. I tried to press 1 and got nothing. They woke me out of a sleep and I wanted revenge.

I love these calls. I have no respect for anyone that takes a job working for these companies to scam people. When they call I always press one. When a live person gets on the line I start my speech " You suck dick, I F##ked your mother last night" and some other things I can't say here. They normally hang up on me. Yea is a nasty thing to do but trying to scam me out of my credit card number is even worse.

simple solution: get a phone that has call blocking. then the phone rings once and cuts off. phone company wont do it.

We receive calls daily from this number out of Montana.  Other times, Montana comes up but under a different number.  When I try to call back and request a DO NOT CALL, the operator comes on and says this is not a good number.  Where is the FTC, is the question, in trying to put these scum bags out of business?

All the blocking may have gotten their attention, for good or bad. Got random calls every couple of days for about a week. (My device blocks, returns the 'doo-daah-dee' SIT and "no longer in service" recording - female voice - and logs the call.) Then a couple of days ago it logged several attempts in rapid succession, then one attempt from 'Unknown' which is also blocked and one more from 5472. Now quiet for about 48 hours. Leads one to believe that they are using software that checks for and logs SIT (Special Information Tones) responses. After so many, it either initiates barely human intervention (to actually listen) or executes a routine such as I describe above - multiple calls in rapid succession etc. Perhaps it might be worthwhile to place a SIT emulator before the blocker, if you blocker does not already have this feature. I used a Telezapper to add the SIT to the recording when I constructed my device.

I kinda have fun when I can mess with them and keep them occupied as long as  possible.  I agree, we're keeping them from bothering someone else and they probably work on a commission basis and killig time costs them money.

I'd like to take Rachel and her thugs to the woodshed. PITA

The do not call list is just that, a list.  It's what honest people are supposed to use to make sure they aren't calling someone on that list.  No one monitors it, if you feel someone  called you and was not supposed to, you need to file a complaint

nor should we really expect a Govt entity to do anything that they should be doing other than feeding out of the trough each payday.

Message said they were with a law firm and that there was a problem with my taxes and that there would be litigation if I disregard their call.  Said I should have my attorney or myself call as soon as possible.  Jerks!

Called 3/20/14 @ 4:33pm EDT, don't know anyone in MT, so did not answer. When I went to block the number on my phone ( Panasonic cordless) i was told I could only block 30 numbers and I was out of space!  So I looked up my oldest blocked numbers and if they had no reports on here since 2012 I deleted them.  I know I'll need room for plenty more current ones that come thru every couple of days!
