Got one of these calls and could not file a complaint at the do-not-call website, but something about the three zeros makes it an invalid entry and therefore unreportable.

Received unsolicited call from "Account Services" for lowering interest rates. I asked "Which credit card is this for?" Caller responded with "This is for all Visa and MasterCards." I asked the question again stating his response wasn't good enough. Caller called me an "a** hole" and hung up.

Have been receiving calls from 407-000-8537, 407-000-1639 & 305-000-1639. They don't leave a message. Asked for me by name when my wife picked up and wouldn't talk to her. I am unlisted and on federal do not call registry.

Got a call on my cell this PM - as noted the exhange looks bogus, could be a spoofed CID. Didn't answer. I put these kind of calls in my contacts named so if it comes up again, I know quickly what type of call it is, and not to bother answering. May not mean anything, but 407 is Orlando, FL

I just got a call from this number today on my cell phone, didn't answer it because it doesn't look like a valid number.

get calls from this number once, twice a week. if you answer it asks you to hold and you are on hold forever, whereas if you call them back you get the "cannot be completed as dialed" mssg. I have no idea who these people are, I think it may be coming from a dialer, I would ignore & not answer it.
