answered and got voice recording offering me lower interest rate.  i hit 9 to get a live person and asked to be removed from their list. also said if they called again, i would report them.  company rep rudely responded that they would be sure to call 10 more times in the next two weeks and what would i do then.  he then hung up on me

Pre-recorded message about my credit card...another scam from telemarketers.  I pressed the number to talk with a representative and screamed at the top of my lungs when she replied.  I wish I could break her eardrum.

"Do Not Call Registry" does not work.  We should do something to make those nasty con artists shut up.

Called about 10 mins ago didn't leave a message. Caller ID said Florida Call. I tried calling it back but wouldn't go through.

THEY GET THESE PHONE NUMBERS FROM SOMEWHERE IT SOULD BE LAW WE CALL THEM BACK AN MAKE THERE JOB A PAIN IN THE A** AS THEY ARE TO USE IT'S ONLY FAIR THEN MAYBE THEY WILL GET THE HINT

Did not answer - Call daily - always partial message on the answering machine  -  "(garbled) 6% press" and then it hangs up.  Quite Annoying.

I keep having the same person call me too from that 407-000-2999. I have numerous times told them I dont have a credit card and to take my number off their list yet time after time they refuse and hang up on me. I have called all over trying to figure out who this is yet no one knows who it is. I am extremely frustrated with them and I will not be happy til this comes to a stop!

I have the same complaints as the other people on this forum.

I told this jack*** that the company he works for is a scam and that their phone number is all over the internet stating so.... no response!

Another recorded call from "Credit Card Services" this time from "Rachel" asking me to press "9" for important information about my credit.  Call again was made simultaneously to my home phone (unlisted!!) and fax lines.  I pressed 9 and was asked if I pressed 9 to inquire about new rates, I sad "No, I want your name and address."  She hung up immediately.  I have received many, many calls like these from this same company.  I always report.  I am on the no-call list.  Why is nothing being done to shut them down???????????????

Pressed 9 - Person hung up when asked to remove me from their list. Call appears to be from Orlando, Florida area. Recording was from credit card services. Ther is another one (305-000-2656) that is also calling exactly the same way. This one is from the Miami, Florida area.

These callers could do us all a favor, like hang up & rot in hell.

Same here. Calling 4-5 times per day and as late as 11pm cst. Driving me nuts!!!

No message, I'm also on the do not call list, have been for years and registered my number as required and want to know why these calls keep happening

They call numerous times a week. I have yet to answer because of the bogus looking number. I'm disappointed that the DNC list is obviously ineffective.

Hell, I make up a bunch of Numbers, and Passwords words... what ever they want I make up a bunch of crap for them, I don't have any CC,

recieved a call from this number and they didnt say a word when the phone was answeredwe are on the do not call list guess they dont care if your on it or not.at least when i call a number ill say something even if i call the wrong numnberi believe its very rude to call someone then dont say anything must be some crazies out here in this world

Ok this one calls daily but I do not answer - there is a message left on my voice mail each time - "(garbled) 6% press" and then it goes blank.
I am NOT going to even bother answering this if I am home and find it annoying.

1-407-000-2999: These people constantly call me on my business cell phone asking to lower my interest rates on my credit cards!! I do not have any outstanding balances on any credit cards. I hit the number to talk to a live agent to tell them to take me off their call list. The last 3 times I've tried to tell them to stop calling me, they are either rude or just hang up!! I am getting P.O'd with these f#&king calls every other day!! I want them to stop CALLING!!! If anyone of you are truly having credit card issues, negotiate with them directly!! This scam is nothing more than something you can handle on your own without getting charged for this bogus company's "fee"!!

Called, said i owed on credit card, recording... pressed 9 to talk..told them not to call again, was called an a***ole... reported them to ftc.gov.
not fcc. when you go to that site ...report/ date and number... use forward slash instead of dash for date...

call telling me that they have important information regarding my credit card, well, this day and age you get a little timid regarding ones credit.
so the next time they called, they wanted my CC#! WTF! NO WAY! For the love of pete, don't fall for this!

Called the 877-332-8652 # and was given a new #-- 888-233-1563.  Spoke with an actual human being who told me that they took over DHC Financial a few months ago.  This guy claims that they do not make any outgoing calls.  Everyone should call and find out what's going on!

The same thing just happened to me, I stalled and said I had to ask my husband and I would call her back if she had a call back number.  She gave me 877-332-8652 ext. 835.......

I thought she said she was Rachel from Cauk Holder Services. When I hit 9 to talk to her, I asked if she swallowed...she hung up.

Same deal. This was shown as florida.  They call a lot.  I have tried to report them but I don't think anything happens.  Does report it here do anything either  or is this just a  place to vent.

Violations-
-We are on the don't call list
-They have rigged the caller ID
-They pretend to let you get off their list by pressing a button, but it is a lie
-They don't identify themselves when you ask them
-They hang up on you if you don't have a credit card with piles of dept
-I have been trying to get to the purchase something stage so I could figure out who they are, but they always abruptly hang up on me first
(both hang up scenarios I consider violations because a "hang up call" is illegal since that is what a would be burgler might do to see if you were home and is therefore illegal.
