I'm on Do Not Call List~~This is a Florida Number~~I'm 2000 miles away...
Son is in Law Enforcement in that Area Code, so it Scared Me to see that number on my CI, and No Message.

when you call 407-000-6666 or 1-407-000-6666 it says this is not a working number.  MUST BE A SCAM!

I get this number all the time.  Today I actually decided to answer.  I put it on speaker phone with no plan on talking to them.  I was going to let them listen to  my day care kids.  But I was told to press 9 to get a better interest rate on my credit card.  So I pressed 9 and this man answers.  I said you need to take my name off of your list.  He hung up.

Received call from 1-407-000-6666.  When I answered, they hung up.

I got a call from this number, and got the same recording about lowering my credit card interest rate. It said to push 9 to speak with someone, so I did. I then asked for them to remove our number from their list, but before I could even finish my sentence I was put on HOLD MUSIC and a few seconds later the call dropped off. I am reporting to the DNC, but I doubt it will do much good.

7 of my last 10 calls were from this number.Do Not Call List?  Right...I'm on it.  They hang up.

call was from some type of credit card / interest rate deal said that I only had the rest of the day to discuss with the this special interest rate for my credit card. -- for Sure a scamm I am surprised the the GOVT doesn't crack down on these guys. how hard is it to tract down the location of these phone numbers.??

We are on do not call list, but get this number on caller ID, no message.

Offered to lower credit card rate. Wasn't able to.  contract says I can get refund but wasn't able to talk to person after I requested refund.

I received a phone call this morning, but unfortunately I did what you DIDN't... I gave them credit card info.  How foolish can one person be?  Anyway, I need help.  Should I call the State Better Business Bureau or the State Attorney's office?  Help!  Thanks everyone.  I spoke with a woman named Marie.  I did check out their website and it did look legit.  Any advice?

Caller ID said Unknown Name. I answered the call and pressed 9 to speak with a representative. Their message said the call was from Credit Card Services. When the representative answered, I asked to be removed from their calling list. He said that I would need to contact my phone company for that. I told him, no, he had to put me on their do not call list. He hung up on me. Can anybody help with this stuff - it is so annoying to be bothered all the time by these bogus calls. Doesn't the consumer have any rights?

On 02/02 2:09 pm simply said FLORIDA where a company name would normally show.Didn't answer it.

Another annoying caller who calls for no purpose. Tried calling it back and it says your call cannot be completed as dialed. Knock em off the phone line!! Knobs

called twice today in raynham ma. (1:23 and 3:49pm). No one home to answer phone but this number showed up on call id

On 1/30/09 at 1:11 p.m. CST. It was a recording of a female voice saying she was "Rachel with Card Services" and it was about lowering interest rates on your credit card and to press 9 to speak with someone. When I pressed 9, a man answered. When I asked why I was being called because I am on the Do Not Call List, he banged the phone several times before hanging up.

Is there anyway to stop these calls?

I got a call around lunchtime.  Didn't answer it.

I got a call today from this number, same message as others commented here. The person I spoke with Nick Blanzole, said he was with Continental Financial Solutions. I didn't give him any card info and said I'd check out their web site. Continental Financial solutions has a web site that looks legitimate, but thanks to this site, I am staying clear of this.

Did not answer it. Who ever it is has called about a dozen times.
How do you sue these people?

I got a call from this number and pressed "9" to lower my interest rate.  When I got a live person I asked where she was calling from and she said "your credit card services".  I asked which credit card and she said "visa/mastercard".  When I pressed further and asked which company, she hung up.  Very deceitful.

They hung up when I told them I was on the national registry.

I think since the phone companies (land line) charge such outrageous fees and taxes, they should be the ones who should fix this. What, if anything, are they doing?

I got a call from this number about late afternoon CT. It started out with a recording of a famle voice saying she was "Rachel with Card Services" and it was about lowering interest rates on your credit card. I know there fake I've gotten similar calls in the past and it would say Card Services on the Caller ID display. Anyway I chose to press 9 to speak with someone. It was a woman that answered. At first I could just barely hear what she was saying so she turned the volume up on her phone or headseat. I asked her why they were calling me when my number is on the National Do Not Call registry, she hung up.

Got recorded message from "card services" said to press 9 to talk to representative-nothing happened.

Was an offer to lower credit card interest rates.  

Rep said the co. was not affiliated with any credit card company.  I asked to be removed from their calling list.  The rep pressed some numbers on the phone making the beep sounds like that was removing my name.  I think she was just making that up.  Whatever.  

The caller ID simply said FLORIDA where a company name would normally show.
