picked up a call and no one talked back.

You are all a bunch of douch bags. It's an identity fraud scam

They have called me several times.  When I tell them I am on the DNC, they rudely hang up.  All I can ask is where does the law step in.  I am sick of their calls!

They most likely have a high-end telephone system (PBX, I believe).  We have one at work and the number that appears on caller id cannot receive incoming calls.  It states that it is not a working number.

I received a call from 1-407-000-6937 and when I answered there was no one on the other line.  I would like to know how they even got my number to make the call.  There is no "000" prefix that I am aware of, so my advice to others is just don't answer the phone if this number appears.

Recived a call from this number saying to lower your intrest rate press 9 . I am tired of their call's so I press 9 to tell them our intrest rate is at 0 and the woman decided to be rude and hang up on me . How do I get them to stop calling ? TIA

I got a call from this number saying to press 9 if I wanted to lower my rate on my credit card down to something like 6.9%  I pressed 9.  I was then talking to some guy.  The call kept wanting to cut out.  The guy said they work with cards like chase, capital one, bank of america and some others.  I told him I had trouble hearing him.  He kept on talking.  He asked if I had over 3000 and carried a balance.  I said yes.  He wanted to know the amount, I only said 3000.  I asked him so you are an outside company that will get me a lower rate and then the phone hung up.  I tried to call back the number on the caller id to see who this was and the message I got is that it is not a working number.  Phishing phone calls.  What a scam.  Beware of this number or any like it.
