caller rang-answer machine picked up no message-dont know caller-we are on national no-call list...how are they getting numbers?

I got this same call earlier...pulled it up on Google and found out that I wasn't the only one getting it. I am glad I didn't answer! The foreign numbers NEVER get answered by me!

Caller said for a limited time lower your Credit Card rate to 5.2% but must do right away to get this Rate push 9 for the next available agent all I did was hang up. I believe this is a way to get your Credit Card Number

I just missed a call from the same number. I have no Idea who this number goes to. It is a central Flordia number.
