I answered and the caller disconnected.

Called at least once a day for over 1 month

I received a call from them today.  Pressed 9 to speak to person and once they answered I pushed a button and held it down for about a minute, let up to hear if they were still there, he asked "Are you done?"  and I said "Are you done calling me?".  Then I held down a button for another minute or so.  Then I finally hung up.  Maybe if I continue to keep them on the line & waste their time so they can't make more calls they will stop calling me.  I'm also filing a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry for every call I receive from them.  They have been calling me for months & will not stop after I request to be taken off of the call list.  Time to play my own games with them & maybe annoy them as much as they annoy me!!!

Same as everyone else, I get a call daily with CID: Unknown Name, and a spoofed phone number such as this one or 305-000-9357.  It is the recorded, "This is Rachel..." message.  If I press 9, they say do you want to lower your interest rate, and if I ask them the company name or ask them to take me off their calling list, they hang up on me abrubtly. I think I will hang up on them next time after I push 9 and while they are asking me if I want to lower my interest rate!   Can't the government stop this...or is someone in government being paid off by them????

this number has called me at least 4 times. I've tried different tactics but get no where. as I tell them to remove me from list...hang up. when I told them I don't pay interest because I pay in full...hang up. when I try to tell them I am on do not call....hang up. But then the next day someone else just calls again. I'm thinking I may need to follow this idiot scam to the end to get any kind of results.

I get 1 or 2 calls a week, from a variety of numbers, requested to be taken off the list when I really got a person (funny, the line was disconnected right after that) Every time I get a call, I file a complaint to the do not call registry.  I am wondering what they do with all those complaints, because I have heard nothing!

I get a call almost daily and today so far they have called twice, the first time I did not answer and they always leave a message from a Sara asking me to call if I want my credit card interest rate lowered. I never return the call because they never mention a credit card name. Today on the second call I answered the call and pressed nine as directed. She said "do you want to lower you interest rate?" I said a firm "no, I want you to stop calling me." and she hung up. I turned them in to the No call registry.

You are talking about the "Hello. This is Rachel....credit card services..." Sometimes, someone will answer when I press 9. I have told then to QUIT CALLING. This has been going on for more than a year. Is there anyway to have a stop put on the garbage callers to a business phone?

Recieve calls from this number on a daily basis.  It instructs me to press 9 for lower interest rates. When I press 9 and get an operator, I request to be taken off their call list and they hang up on me.

This number has called every business day for two months.  If I answer, it tells me to push nine for a lower interest rate.  I did and the person always hangs up on me.  They will not tell me the business name or anything.  You can't call them back at this number either.
