Yup, yup, same story. we're in NY on the Do Not Call List. Getting calls from these scammers daily.  Recorded message from a female with a British Accent regarding my credit card account, which I haven't had any for more than 10 years, I was curious and like to catch and report scammers. So I Press 9, it forwarded me to a rude idiot on his cell phone (the call was skipping so bad I couldn't hear his schpeil) I asked to be removed from their list -as I am on the Do Not Call List, he hung up on me.  I called the 407-000-9574 number back, recorded telephone service message states "the number is not in service". How the hell are they calling me from it then?

Someone stop these phishing scammers before they do serious damage. I am also reporting this to the NY State Attorney General and the FTC.  Deceptive Trade Practices are illegal people! How about doing an honest business with some integrity or would that be too much of a stretch for you? Even more disturbing, why can't the phone companies prevent these calls? Is it because they are making money off of these numbers and don't care about Joe Q. Public?

Same story, credit card scam, calls repeatedly w/no message. Today I answered just to get info on the caller.  We are on DNC List, for what that's worth.  They laughed at me when I told them that.

Hang up on me every time.  They must call at least once a week.  this time i tried to get info and they hung up on me.

Hopefully no one willingly gives their CC numbers to such a shifty call.  Makes me nervouse they even have my number since I am a victim or my SSN being stolen.  What a mess.  

And the phone company only cares about making money.  They don't care if someone out there is calling to steal from you too.

If you're on the Do Not Call list and you still received a call from them, you should be able to report them. I am on the list too and am getting calls from that number too. I'll be filing a report.

i did not answer the call, but i don't know anyone in this area code. i have numbers of all my friends.

Got a call from this number on my cell, didn't answer it, No Voice message was left... sucks to be the person making these calls, waste of their time

I also received a call from this number (407-000-9574).  When I answered the phone, a recorded message asked me to select 9 if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rate.  I was then connected to a live person.   When I asked the man what credit card the offer applied to, he said any Master Card or Visa.  I then asked him what BANK the offer was for and he then quickly hung up on me.   I am convinced this call was a scam to try to get me to give out my credit card number.  BEWARE!

I got a call from the same number 407 0009574, pressed 9 and some black guy asked me if i wanted to buy drugs, an 8 ball for 75 bucks lol i just hung up!! this s*** is laughable

Yep, this is my second call from this number. I answered and a woman who identified herself as "Sara" said she could lower my interest rate on my credit card. I was instructed to dial 9. I just hung up. I will not answer this phone call again.

Sounded like a huge fat black woman with a combination of marbles and sand stuck between the gaps in her semi-toothless face.

She had a speech impediment, and IQ of less than 50 and her bad breath somehow went through the phone lines.

Her ugliness and uncleanliness must be astounding.

I immediately called Ripley's Believe It Or Not to report this disgusting creature....They actually replied that they did not believe it.

Someone needs to do something about this number and the scum behind the calls.  Fortunately, I didn't speak to a person but am tired of having to live my life knowing scum like them are getting away with hurting honest people.   For the love of God, we have the technology to find them, let's find them and prosecute them before they take another person's identity.

They're trying to steal credit card information. The recording says it's Card Services calling and offers to lower the interest rate on your Visa or Master Card.  If you press 9 to speak to a representative, she stumbles through her script. They can only "help" lower the interest rate if the payments are up-to-date and the card is not maxed out. She will ask for the current balance, credit limit, expiration date, security number, and finally the card number itself. I wonder how many people actually fall for this scam?

Even though I am on donotcall.gov, I continue getting calls from this number. After the recorded message, I pressed 9 to speak to someone, and when I told  her I was on the do not call list, she laughed and said, "there is no do not call list!" and hung up on me.

This is the second time they have called me and I answered the phone this time, there was a recording from someone named Rachel and she said that shes calling to tell me that my interest rate can be lowered on my credit card (which I dont have any after digging myself out of 20,000 debt from them) and to press 9 to speak to someone, its probably some kind of scam.  I just wont answer the phone number anymore.

They keep calling repeatedly. If I don't answer, they keep calling. One time I answered, it was a telemarketing call. Very annoying. I have my phone numbers registered in "Do Not Call" list.

Got a call from this number, but didn't answer. Thanks to caller ID. Don't know anyone from Florida. Am tired of getting unwanted calls when we are on the "Don't call list".

Just received a call on my cell phone from this number. I didn't answer nor did they leave a message. I will probably just delete from my cell phone.
