Received a call from this number on 11.07.09.  CID displays -Out of Area-Did not answer.  Clearly, 000 is not a legitimate prefix.

Caller said they could lower interest rates on ALL credit cards. They wanted me to provide my card numbers over the phone. When pressed to find out who this 'un-solicited' caller was & how they got my number, I was given to a 'supervisor' who hung up on me when I continued to find out who or what company they represented. Tried to dial back & it was not a working number.

I recieved this call after I received another unknown call.Do not have any idea who it is!

this guy kept dodging the question when i asked him what company he works with.  he had slick answers to get around actually saying the name of the company.  eventually he ran out of answers, there was an awkward pause, and he hung up on me.  i called the number back and it was a non-working number. it's a good thing i didn't give him any personal information other than the amount of debt i have, but no credit card details.

Wonder what happens if you give them fake information. Maybe if everyone gave them fake credit card numbers, they'd be so busy trying to process false claims that the activity would finally interest the FBI. It wouldn't be local law enforcement, because this is interstate commerce.

This number keeps calling and asking me to press 9 so I finally did.  The lady asked if I was calling to reduce my credit card rate I told her I don't have nay credit cards she said "suck it".  I was shocked and asked her what did you say and she said "suck it" and hung up.  The second time I pressed 9 and asked what company they were calling from they just hung up.  Anyone know how to report these people and stop them from calling me?

Just received a call from this number. Complete general message robot asked me to press 9 to talk about reducing my credit card interest rate. The company name or bank were completely skipped. When the woman answered she asked if I was calling about reducing my interest rate. I said, "I was called, what is this about?". She told me it was about reducing my credit card interest rates starting in January 2010. I asked, "What company are you calling for?" and then she hung up.

Please stop this call

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY, BUT I WAS NOT HOME. IT WAS ON MY CID....WHO ARE THEY?

caller says to press 9 for reduced rate in a credit card. Man came on identified himself as Michael and said he works with ALL banks and can change rates on ALL my cards. Yeah, right. Ssid they work with all FDIC insured banks. I hung up and then hit redial and call comes up as a non working number. Tried to find out idenity online found this website.
What scam artists!!

Annoying call received from that number.  it has a recorded voice which tells you to press 9 to lower your interest rate etc.  But clearly there is something wrong because they do not identify themselves.  Why would a bank who legitimately handles my credit card business refuse to identify themselves?

It would be nice if someone would stop these people!

(And, how do they manage to spoof their caller ID>  It shows as 407-000-9647.  "000" clearly is not part of a legitimate number!!)

I just got called from this number,its obviously one of them companies to tell you about Account services,saying you get points or rewRDS AND PHISH FOR CC INFO. I dont pick up numbers or unknown names I don't recognize and even some that I do. It doesn't matter even if you are on the donot call rgistry ,since they call anyway
