Yes I fell for it 2 yars ago and sent Sabrina $500 for the time share rental.  When I called to find out they always way we will contact you.  Never did.  I always had to all.  Eventually I got frustrated because their phone number is no longer in service.  When I emailed  Joyhn, he said I should send more money to upgrade my subscription.  Really!  Never heard from them regarding my $500.00 but  has the audacity to ask me to send more money.  Now no one responds.  I am out in the cold for $500.00 which I borrowed from a friend.\
Please read the review on BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.  They ae rated with and "F" .  The rating is really bad.  They are not  accredited.  No email reply.  No phone.  BBB tried to contact them.  They never reply.
At this point don't know what to do.  But I really need my $500.00 back from RIGHT PRICE POINT or PRICE POINT PROPERTIES what ever they call themselves. Any help would do.  FOLKS  BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Replying to trustingwoman. I fell for the same scam. I paid exactly $536 to a Joshua Walker. They never rented my timeshare out. It has been TWO LONG YEARS!!!

Now, their phone number doesn't even work. Stay AWAY FROM PTD!!!!!

We had a call from RTP properties [Right Price Point Property. Kevin WIlliams] and i called back and received his information - it looked like a good deal - not 'too good to be true', but decent.  They wanted $750 tone time to get started.  I asked if he would be willing to agree that if they didnt rent our 60K pts within 90 days that we could get a refund and he said yes.  He'd already assured me that it would be easy to sell the points.  Looked like we had an agreement

Today I received the actual documents and I had a few additional questions so called Kevin WIlliams back. Slightly different story: turns out $399 of the $750 is the marketing fee and only that portion is returnable if the property is rented by me.  the rest is forfeit.  More importantly, Kevin WIlliams' statement yesterday was not in the contract and he today said he must have mispoken.

I again said I'd be interested in the deal if they would refund my money if they could not rent it in 3-4 months, sonce they were so confident tghey could do so.  He said he wasn't authporized to do so, and his hiogher ups wouldnt.   Twenty minutes later he called back, saying that he had taken it to his superiors and they told him it was against the law to make any changes to the contract!   Needless to say, that was the end of our conversaton.

Used to work there.  Found out what I was doing was a scam and left.  I then called all of my "customers" back and taught them exactly what to say to Brandon Booth when they get him on the phone to get him to refund their money.  I also taught them how to initiate a chargeback through their credit card company in case he refused.

This person who wrote this needs to go back to school. They have terrible writing skills and we dont want to discuss typing or spelling. I think they even spelled the name wrong, does anyone know of anyone name Kat-Leen???  If this person talks the way they type I would need a translator. Seems talented....

Do you automatically assume that every company is crooked? Thats pretty far fetched that would be like saying all resorts are the same and every sales person who sold the timeshare explained every thing to you and every time its done the same way at the time of purchase. I recieved no owners manual and was never explained a thing. RTP atleast took the time to explain my ownership to me and help me understand what I need to be doing and when. They have saved me hundereds if not thousands of dollars, not to mention the rental income I was able to produce from the program. Call your resort and ask them to explain anything to you. OH, they will offer an explanation .....FACE TO FACE during another sales seminar.  Different companies offer different things, maybe you should RTP them help you.

I have been using the  marketing service through RTP Right price point property for several years. Ownership did change hands and a new division was formed to start the year, I recieved a letter indicating such. I dealt with a company who charged me 1400$ over two years ago which I never heard from again and RTP was able to walk me through the process of getting a portion of our money back. I personally am not familiar with the individual you mentioned sorry I cant help you there but I am familiar with them as a business and am content with the service. The companies I just hang up on are the ones who say they sold my property but cannot pronounce my name... As far as writing you speak of on the web I monitor my profile each month and have not noticed such.

I got a call from Elizabeth Hall from RTP Property which is also RIGHT PRICE POINT PROPERTY, LLC. She said that they could buy my points for at least $1900 per 20,000 points. Of course I was ecstatic because I HATE RCI a well as GEVC (which is the company I bought into for RCI). I've never been able to book a vacation, so the prospect of selling my points was great. I am wary of giving any one money especially since being ripped off by RCI, so asked her a few questions. She said it would cost $750 up front for running the title, blah blah. I asked her if that could be deducted from my points, which of course could not. She emailed me some sample forms which had nothing to do with anything and also told me to Google them and I would find nothing on them negative. Well, not only did I find nothing negative, I found nothing at all, except for one forum that was discussing the same thing.

I called ARDA which is a company they have listed as one of their supporters on their web site. The man I spoke to had never heard from them and suggested that they were simply advertising my place for rent/sale. He gave me some more info and was extremely helpful. The owners name is Brandon Booth and he also owns a company called Premium Timeshare Depot (which has many threads on this site here) and apparently isn't on the up and up.

Anywhoo, I asked Elizabeth if she or the company had a Real Estate Sellers license. She said no and I asked her if they were simply advertising. She said no. I asked her how they sell the points and she said they go to conventions. What??? Whatever. I asked her if I could speak to people who have done business with them for a referral. She said no because of confidentiality. She asked if I had seen the testimonials on their site. Yes, I've seen all 8 of them...from 2 years ago on the same day! Lame. Also their site's lame. The name of the company is RTP property, but the name on the site says R.T.P

So bad! There's horrible punctuation and the site lacks any info about the company at all. If it were legitimate, there would be plenty of sites to book on your own, or plenty of information.

I got a call from the same number 407-215-9933, guy's name is Mitch Raymond.  He never claimed to be from RCI, he said he is from Premium Timeshare Depot.  He emailed me the links to the company, their membership with Orlando Chamber of Commerce etc.  I called that number back and the company is right.  They asked me to pay $750 upfront to rent my timeshare which I am keen on doing but am afraid to put any money upfront.  Now they say they are willing to reduce the upfront fees.   I checked out their website as well which looks legit (as in it exists with right phone info etc).  Caller even said I could check with BBB to verify there have been no complaints against them.  I am in a bind, not sure if I should get suckered into this....

What the heck is a Hindo accent?  For God's sake, it's Indian accent.  Hinduism is a religion in India and the person that follows that religion is a Hindu!  Millions of christians/Buddhists etc living in India also have an "Indian" accent.  There is no such thing as a Hindu accent just like there is nothing called a Christian accent LOL!

Thats how he started the call. Premium timeshare. I did not get the name well but he said he wanted to use the points for PGA golf tournament. he offered $1900 for 20000 points or $3800 for 40000 points. Totally fell for it. He asked me to hold for a minute so he can verify my address and thats when i have googled and found this link. Thank you all for your help

I signed up with timeshares by owner $3495. After i found out they just took my money they told me to put the 4000 charge on my rci card. Like a big dummy i did, Then a year later i got a call from Premium  Timeshare they informed me i shoudnt have paid that amount to a listing company, I got some of my refund back and signed up with Premium Timeshare Depot For  600, It took them a couple of months I thought i had ben scamed agained, but i did receive 3 offers.I gave them 5 weeks So i cant complain after what i have lost in the past, So be careful on what company you pay. Especially anything over $1,000.
