Said she purchased home nearby & looking to buy more in the area, also buys throughout Central FL. Quoted they are the largest volume homebuyer in the area. YOU WILL NOT PAY real estate commissions ..or.. closings costs if we buy you F DON'T RESPOND> I will assume your house is not for sale.

CURIOUS: Why the letter, as our home is not listed '"For Sale?
Could be mere advertising, however I find whereby no one has dealt with her/him. It was stated in a comment that this person has no valid RE license registered with State of Florida.  Fraud? I find no complaint[s] to date on the Florida Attorney General's Website at http://myfloridalegal.com > Please correct me if I am wrong!
However, It would be beneficial and wise to contact an attorney before/during the sale of your home when dealing with a Real Estate Broker.. well worth the $$ when it comes to legality and peace of mind.

I received the same letter but a different phone number 407 218 5823. She might be working for a investor. You can get anyones address from there name or get there name from there address on the Property appraiser's website. Thats Orange County, Seminole County etc.I am not that worried about it.

Michael, there is no one by the name of Rhonda Kelly or Ronda Kelly who has a real estate license in the state of Florida.  However her registered agent/attorney, Joseph Seagle has an active real estate license.

I received the same letter yesterday, yellow notebook paper, red felt tip ink, small tan envelope with flower sticker on back.  We have researched this Rhonda Kelly who has a business who's Registered Agent is a bankruptcy attorney Joseph Seagle.  Is anyone in this forum going into bankruptcy?  We did the credit counseling for pre-bankruptcy a couple days before the letter arrived.  I'm wondering if someone is selling our information to this woman (or attorney) or if she is obtaining it through illegal means.

You filed a complaint with Florida Attorney General. What is the complaint? Curious because I received the same letter but what are they (she) trying to do? It must be a scam but what are they trying to do. If i knew I will also file.

407-218-5828. Same yellow notepaper, red ink,and Rhonda and her 'family' want to buy our house. LOL. Return address is box @ UPS Store. Nothing else is real I doubt that's her name either. Real estate scam, reported it!

I also received a letter asking to buy my home. It is on torn legal paper and in red marker. The handwriting is terrible and very messy. If this is a real estate scam, it's not a very good one LOL

I got a letter in the mail from Rhonda Kelly saying she and her family would like to buy my house.  this is the phone number in the letter.  The return address is a UPS Store at 5415 Lake Howell Rd. #230 Winter Park, FL  32792.  The number goes directly to an answering service.  This is no doubt a real estate vulture.

Just got the same letter a few minutes ago. Typed in the address and name and this came up no doubt it is a scam. I will be warning my parents about this.

Same letter is now circling through Hunters Creek area.  Same address but using a new number 407-218-5901.  Letter smelled fishy the second I opened it.

Looks like she has a wine store called Vino in Winter Park.. Maybe someone should give her a visit and tell her to her face she's a scam artist

Provident. Somehow she must be trolling forclosure filings. Someone else posted that she is showing as a real estate agent for Remax. I'll report her a$$ to the dang realtor licenseing board and Remax corporate if so! This is way over the line!

I also call a letter from Rhonda Kelly written in red ink..she and her family want to buy my house.  same address, same cell phone number as the others on this site have written!!  What a scam!!  Man, she thinks she's pretty clever huh?  Beware.  Can you say...real estate scam!!!!
