Have rec'd 3 phone calls from this number, all telemarketing recordings for a loan modification.  I am on the DNC list and do not appreciate the calls, so I reported them to the FCC.  The number is a cell number, that is all I know at this point.

I keep getting calls for this number and have done their system to opt out but it doesn't work. Then I have gone thru their people to be opted out but that doesn't work I am on the do not call list and that doesn't work I have tried calling them back but they are not taking calls. I want their address with what I have been charged for these calls on my cell phone I could have flown down there and banged on their door to make tham stop but I can not get an address on them. Geeze they are as bad as the ones running for office that can call you even tho your on the do not call list. I want to know who I can bill for all these unwanted calls on my cell phone. What about our seniors that have limited time on their phones and can not afford to pay for these calls? They are about the law and it is out of control!!!

I am on the DNC registry with all of my numbers. I get a call from this number once or twice a week and each time I explain that I haven't had a mortgage in 3 years. They say they will take me off their list and never do

3 calls from this number i dont ans. ,dont know number but have blocked 3 times an am on do not call list why i keep getting calls like this it seems like it got worse after i added my number to the do not call list

They called me and first it was an auto dialer that called me. Then a guy came on the line and I asked him how I was presellected with my morgage info when I don't have a morgage! He told me they just random dial 50,000 americans and hope to get someone that wants to lower there morgage rates without refinancing or any additional fees. I asked them if his company respects the National Do Not Call Registry and he said yes but when I declaired all my numbers are permanantly registered with the NDNCR he told me it is only for a year and I told him no it is permanente registery and to please look the website up and read it for himself and he only appologized and said he would remove my number but he needed me to give it to him again!?! (Wow what a stupid company and I still don't know what their real infomation was since he stated three different things.) This is a scam and if they call don't answer or get someone on the line and tell them to leave you alone since they don't do any research and you never requested them to stick their noses where it shouldn't go!!!
