Caller identified herself as USA Energy Group.  She leads you to believe that she is part of an government agency that will come to your home with ID, do an audit of your energy usage and help you fill out the paperwork so that you will qualify for $3800 in energy stimulus money.  When questioned she refers to a congressional act that the democrats and republicans passed for the people.  She also asks you if you heard Obama's State of the Union address.  She claims this program is spelled out in his speech.  Just to see how far these people go, we made an appointment for tomorrow at 12 pm.  We live in a gated community, security has been notified.

Got the same call today but from 407-350-7030.  Made the appointment.  Have called the local news station and hopefully they can be here as well.  Should be interesting.

got both of those calls....the 407-350-7030 and now today from 561-452-7836 to my cell phone...that number is from the American Power Assn., I cannot find anything about them either.  They set an appt for Saturday, but I will cancel tomorrow, when they try to confirm.  I can't even find anything about stimulus money in that amount in the searches.....what is it that they want from us?  Just to see inside the house????   weird
