I usually ignore calls w/o identity except for phone number.  I've had it with these people and answered.  A woman with an accent asked for me by name.  I played along until she repeated the name of the company (Summer Bay Resorts, Orlando,FA).  Her name was Nicole.  After I got my info, I asked where she got my name and she said I had answered a survey in 2008.  I told her I never do surveys, so she gave me my email address.  I told her that I especially don't click on email unless I know the sender, so, she told me that I must have filled out a survey somewhere because she had my number and email address.  I very nicely told her I was on the "do not call" list, wasn't interested,  and she started in again.  I interrupted her, told her that I didn't want to be rude, but that I was NOT interested, take my name off your list. I told her to have a nice day, she said, "you too" and hung up.  We'll see if they call back.  Probably will; I'm filing complaint.

Great!  I was informed on 6-5-09 at 9:58 am that I won a prize from these cons; I hung up.  Idiots!  I'm neither stupid nor senile; I don't fall for such nonsense.

Called around noon. No message. I have caller ID on TV...since I don't know their number, I just don't answer.

I have an UNLISTED cell phone number....this is my ONLY phone!  How did these syhsters get my info?  What do you have to do to get on the Do Not call list and STAY on it????  People like this should be ARRESTED for fraud!  BAST@RDS!!!

I too am on the Do Not Call List and I get calls from this number and other 407 numbers all the time.  Any suggestions?

Calls from this number and several others with this area code are calling me and hanging up after two rings........even received a call this morning with the number  407-000-3131 on the caller ID......I called the 2368 number and finally talked to a person who said that the reason I was called was to congratulate me on being selected to receive a $1100.00 voucher for use toward my next vacation......I told the pers to remove my number from their call list........that I was on the Do No Call list and didn't want any more calls from them.............at that, she cut me off.

just called. sommerbay or summerway resorts. prob. trying to sell timeshare or something. Said they were linked to RCI (wasn't really listening at this point). I called from another number (not the number they called me on) and would not tell me the purpose of the call until i gave them the number that was originally called.

i just got my cellphone two days ago with brand new phone number a and here they call me i don't know how they got me number but i think they just choose it randomly so i don't know what to do. Any suggestions????

I just got a call from them on my work number and the lady had a funny accent, she said i won the $1100 and a trip to Orlando, FL, Daytona, Fl, and a cruise as well through Summer Bay Resorts YAY RIGHT. ANd all I had to pay was $379. What a bunch of BS, DON'T FALL FOR THIS LAME SCAM!!!! She proceeded to tell me that my trip was good for 18 months and there are no black out dates. Apparently I filled out a survey and I kept askin her what survey and she wouldn't answer me, she finally decided to answer me and said she was putting me on hold and looking up which survey I filled out, but she just hung up on me. The number she called from was 407 259 2368.

Got a call from this number - a woman asked to speak to me and when I said I was Elaine - she said "ok thank you" and then there was silence.

Who the heck is is and WHY are they calling?  so annoying!

Received a call on my cell.  I am on the do not call list.

Ditto to all of the above.  I called the number and a female answered.  I asked her why they hang up after two rings and what did they do.  She just asked me for my name so she could look up what was the reason for the call.  I simply requested that my number be removed.  She seemed heartbroken.

This is another one of those telemarketers that are calling cell phones, usually during business hours, so if you don't have the right plan you are paying for it.

Have had several calls from them on my cell (unlisted) over the past few months, but I never answer. I too am on the national do not call registry for cellular numbers...this is really annoying

I just got a call from them on my cell as well. It rang twice and they left no voicemail. I googled the number and found this site. It seems they have been pestering lots of people. I too am on the do not call registry. grrrr.

Called today at 12:20p.m.  Caller hung up when I answered.

I have also received these calls but I have a solution! Get this let them talk for a little bit (if you get a live person) then interupt them and say oh I forgot to tell you that this call is being recorded for quality assurance and wait for the dial tone you will get the last laugh on this one.Bet you cant wait for them to call now huh? LOL

It a girl named "Amber" she use to live in OHIO. Her real name is Tina.... Ring any bells??
