I got a call from them but by the time I found my cell, they hung up. And being the curious type I just called them back. Recorded message

Hello everybody! I have called twice: the first is not nobody talking to me the second I could not catch and I did not exist when calling the number.. It's super weird.

For Drs Office

Received a call from 407-281-0149 and his name was Jim Wes (West?) and he said to call him back at 407-281-0140 ext 216. How do people call and not identify what company they are with? This is not great customer service. The lack of information always makes me weary to respond to anyone...bill collectors...phishers and etc. I don't answer my phone when strange numbers call me unless I am expecting to hear from a caller or I recognize the area code. I don't do unknown callers or 1-800 callers. They are usually always up to no good.

This is BONNIE KAY (stupid, rude, BI***) calling from Quality Collection Service. She is rude and disgusting, don't work out a payment plan with these people, if you're gonna work out a payment plan call the original people who you owe the debt to and work it out with them. That's what I did after I cussed this horrible woman out for leaving me messages about how she "knows that I know she's calling, and she knows I'm getting all her letters" I hope she reads this because I don't understand how people like her can do this job and call hard working people who are down on their luck demanding money and go home feeling good about themselves.

left a msg like it was urgent - i don't know Bonnie Kay or the number 407-291-0140 x 207. when you call after hours it says Thank you for calling Cadence, our office is now closed......

Call Quality Collections Service, 1320 North Semoran, Orlando, FL 32807. 407-281-0140 ext. 207 to ask Bonnie Kay to stop harrassing you.

Caller ID says "Quality Services. They ask for a Jeffrey Archer or someone to "please call Bonnie Kay at 407-281-0140 ext. 207. I'll be in the office until 6:30." They have called repeatedly over the past month or so.

It apprarently is an outside collection agency for  South Central Bell Telephone

A woman called asking for a person by name, when asked who the caller was she refused to say and when asked what the call was in reagrds to and company name the woman stated quality services and asked if that made a differance if the person she was calling for would talk to her.
She was told she had the wrong number and she has continued to call back 4 more times.

Just got call from them - they dont seem like they know what they are talking about - I told them that all correspondence must be thru postal service and they asked me my name & address etc., I told them if they were legit they should have it all!  and I hung up!  BE CAREFUL!

They call from different 281 numbers over and over. My number is unlisted and I don't owe anybody, but when I pick up, it is a recording. They never say who they want. Very annoying.

Said they are from a collection company.
