Report the scam to your local law enforcement as a harassment call or to your Attorney General's office.

I don't know who they are, but some how got a number of one of my friends and called her and told her if I didn't get in touch with them today I was going to jail, but the had also left a different number on my voice may 904-239-3952

Received this call today and said the same thing. Also, received another call from another number of 904-239-3952. I am calling local law enforcement

This is a scam!  They state they are the "federal Crime Division" then state they are the "Financial Crime Dept"  they scammed me out of over $500.00 and im fighting all the way.  I have filed complaints and reports with almost every State and Federal Agency already.  I filed a Police Report too.  If you are getting calls, be aware, they already have your personal information, like your social security number, date of birth, address, etc.  Put fraus alerts on your credit reports.  also, file a complaint at IC3.gov.  These people a huge scam artists who whe you tell them that or bug them for information they tell "dont mess with the Federal Legal Dept." or "the cops are coming to get you"  DONT let them scare you.  Not paying a debt is NOT a criminal matter.  These people are ignorant.  Tonight I again told them it is a Federal Offense to impersonate an Officer and a Federal Agency...oh ya, they told me off...These people also call from several different numbers.  Be aware, treat this like identity theft!

I am getting numerous calls from this number.  They are looking for someone I know, and it sounds like they are Aribic or from India, He used the name James write, and John Canter,and left msgs stating this person is going to jail and in serious trouble and to call them immediately.When my friend spoke to them they wanted $700.00 and went up to $4,000.00  Very hard to understand due to strong accent.  DO NOT give info to them.. VERY SHADY PEOPLE AND THIEF'S

I am getting numerous calls from this number.  They are looking for some one called William Carrington - left msgs stating this person is going to jail and in serious trouble and to call them immediately.  Very hard to understand due to strong accent.  DO NOT give info to them - it's a known scam but how do we get them to stop calling.  I gets calls about every few days.

This is my 3rd post here.  I FINALLY was able to find out that this phone number is calling on behalf of Arrowhead Investment, Inc.  I am sending them a letter regarding their harassing calls which will not stop no matter what I tell these ingrates.

These ingrates have now called me twice today!  And I just posted on here yesterday.

I got a call/message today from 407-288-8062 from a 'Robert Smith' - this gentleman had a very heavy accent and told me I was going to be legally prosecuted.  I called back and another heavily accented person answered and I asked the name of the company.  He told me: "I can not disclose that information.  Can I have your name?"  

I then told him: "No, I can not disclose THAT information and I will be reporting this number to www.donotcall.gov" and I hung up.  

Something needs to be done about creeps like this!

A guy by the name of James White called my step-moms works harassing her boss. Ha had a strong accent, and was rude.  This is a month after she had won a trip out of state.

If you look at all the complaints on this number, obviously its a scam of some sort.  There's no need for anyone to worry about any legal issues or if this number is even legit.  If you ever get a phone call from a company and they ask for personal information, it would be in your best interest to not give it out.  Never give your social, DOB, etc. No company needs to know that, especially if they are calling you for it.  And, if it something that you don't recollect doing, then its obviously a scam.

I'm writing this, just because this "business" has now started calling peoples' work numbers, and not just their personal ones.  This is their next step to take your money and/or get your personal information.

Who would one report a call like this to?  I'm concerned because they left the last 4 digits of my SSN on my voicemail.

I have received a call from this person on my personal phone AND my work phone.  Having not been involved in any fradulent activities, I was not at all willing to give these people any of my personal information.  I asked them for a business name and address.  The person who answered "Frank Miller", refused to give me any information and said he didn't know what an address is. He first told me that he was with "Financial Crime Division" and when I asked what business he was with he said an attorney's office.  I asked the attorney's name and he said "Ellen Taylor".  I asked again for an address to send them a letter.  He hung up on me.  Should I report this to authorities?

I found this site while investigating a harassment complaint.  The caller told the victim his name is Adam Taylor.  The caller claimed he was FBI and threatened the victim.  

As stated DO NOT give these people personal information.

Do not give any information to this jerk! Some guy who had a strong accent said I was going to get arrested and called me an idiot and a b*****d! I hung up on him! He wanted me to verify my social security number! I know it wasnt a bill collector because they called at 921PM! That was a dead giveaway! They gave me a number of 407-288-8062.. something from a Financial Unit or something

I GOT A CALL TODAY TWICE, THE NUMBER CAME UP AS 0303339747, AND A MAN WITH A DEEP ACCENT TOLD ME TO CALL JOHN KESSLER DIRECT AT 4072888062.  I CALLED BUT DIDNT VERIFY MY INFO, I JUST ASKED WHO DO YOU WORK FOR CAUSE I HAVENT OR DONT PARTICIPATE IN ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES. HE DIDNT WANT TO VERIFY WHO HE WAS, SO HE TRIED TO TRANSFER ME TO A FRANK, BUT IT WAS THE SAME GUY.  I TOLD THEM IF THEY CALLED MY PHONE AGAIN I WOULD CALL THE AUTHORITIES, AND I HUNG UP.  THEY CALLED ME BACK AND STARTED YELLING, BUT I HUNG UP BEFORE I COULD HERE WHAT THEY WERE SAYING.  AND THERE WERE ALSO A LOT OF PEOPLE TALKING IN THE BACKGROUND.  HE SOUNDED LIKE LIKE HE COULD BE FROM INDIA OR PAKISTAN.

Rec'd a call from 407-288-8062, a Robert Smith with a very strong Eastern Indian accent...as per above posts, I was told I was in trouble and going to jail because of some alleged old debts.  Just hung up on him and reported the number to the State Attorney's Office....never, never, never give any personal information to these people.

I too got a call from this person and went through the same thing, Mr. Wright told me I was going to jail if I didn't pay off an old loan, but he could'nt tell me who the loan was from or how much but wanted to make a settlement offer to me.  I kept asking him questions and he finally got mad at me and told me that the local police were on there way to arrest me.  Do not give out any info or verify any thing that these people may say to you.

I went through the same thing with that phone number and a person named John Kessler then he became a Derek Brown with the Financial Crimes Division.  He was Japanese or Chinese but whatever I could not understand much of what he was saying but he was rude and very threateninig.  I would get up to 4 calls a day from this person so I just went and changed my phone number.

Caller said his name was James Wright, but was very UNamerican and I couldn't understand him.  He knew a lot of OLD personal information about me. He kept yelling and he called me an idiot and told me I was going to jail.  And he refused to tell me exactly WHO he was and WHAT he was calling about or from WHAT company.  I have no idea what just happened, but it feels like some sort of scam.  Does anyone have more information on this number?  I couldn't understand anything he said because of his super strong foreign accent.

I am a Pennsylvania Attorney.  One of my clients has been getting numerous phone calls from this number.  They say they are either "Financial Crimes Division" or "Affidavit Processing Division".  They refuse to identify themselves or provide a mailing address.

DO NOT give out any personal information (name, phone number, bank account information, etc.) to these people.

Derek Brown......very obnoxious and saying information that is incorrect andharin personal information that is untrue.
