I've been getting these too.  Three on November 17, 2013.  First two are from 223@vtext.com for an "Account 490424XXX Issue". First asked me to call (407)228-8689, the second said to call (972)865-1395.

Then I got another text from 903445671@vtext.com saying "([C o m m u n i t y B a n n k]) I m p o r t a n t N o t i f i c a t i o n .P l e a se C a l l: (850)667-3020

This morning 11-18-2013 @ 9:10am CST I got another one from 221@vtext.com same as the first with a call back # (972)865-1395 (this is the same as the second message on the 17th.

My mother and I received the following text this morning with this callback number:

"FWD: (CommunityBankLongview) Account 490424XXX Issue .Call (407)2888689"
"From: 883@vtext.com"

Less than an hour prior we received another call pertaining to a Community bank account(we do not use Community bank).  The previous call was referring to a callback number 850-677-3020.  I filed reports for that number as well (http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-850-677-3020#commentForm) and forwarded this to Verizon's fraud department.  

People who call the 850 number are asked for their full SSN.  Sounds phishy.
